Indulge yourself! Rustic elegance in the heart of Arizona's White Mountains awaits you at Acorn Lodge. Experience quiet seclusion and incredible luxury on 1+ acre nestled amid towering Ponderosa pines. Acorn Lodge has tremendous views of the White Mountains from the loft area on the second floor.

Walk to the fabulous Greer Lakes renowned for trophy trout fishing. You'll find immediate access to hiking, mountain biking, bird or wildlife watching, and skiing as well.The cabin is secluded, yet only a mile to downtown Greer and historic dining establishments. Sunrise Ski Park is approximately 16 miles from Acorn Lodge.

The nearby communities of Springerville, Eagar, Pinetop-Lakeside, and Show Low offer many restaurant and shopping options as well as hiking, biking, festivals, and other events. If you prefer, relax and enjoy the wildlife viewing from Acorn's massive wrap around deck—elk, antelope, deer, fox and various birds are just a few of what have been spotted on the property.

After a fun day of adventure enjoy a soak in the hot tub while others enjoy the fire pit or play a game of horseshoes.

Acorn Lodge amenities include luxuries you won't find in the average rental cabin. Professionally decorated to the highest level with furniture from Broyhill™; all sheets are Egyptian cotton with thread counts of 500 or higher, top of the line mattresses, and towels are luxurious Turkish cotton. The master bedroom with king-sized bed is located on the main level. Specialty kitchen appliances include: Keurig-duo, food processor, and blender.

In the ground-level great room, our massive Malpaís stone fireplace with its Arizona agave wood mantle and views of the forests will lure you into curling up with a good book! Upstairs are an additional two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a terrific loft entertainment area includes a 70 inch smart TV, and sleeper sofa.

Quiet cabin in the woods

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. It was cozy! Loved the pine ceilings, too. We would recommend this place to others.

Fabulous trip

My wife and I travel frequently and this is probably one of if not the best home we have ever rented attention to detail is unbelievable. It is warm and comfortable class act not to mention we experienced the first snowstorm of the season with the changing of the leaves and the snow coming down, it will be an unforgettable trip.

Fantastic mountain getaway

This cabin is hands down the nicest we have ever rented. Beautiful furnishings and decorated perfectly for the area. All the comforts of home, kitchen is well stocked, the seating areas are great for family game night or enjoying a football game upstairs. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, perfect for after a long day of exploring! We will definitely rent here again!

Getaway in the Pines

We have stayed in Greer many times and this is a property that we will be returning to. The communication with the host is impeccable and everything was seamless from check in to check out. Beautiful cabin and very clean, beds were so comfortable. It could have used more paper products as we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels but other than that we had a great experience.

Fantastic home!

The house was perfect. It's in a great location. Everything is in the house is in good condition and it was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The hot tub was much appreciated after hiking and the extra touches (wine & toiletries) were a special bonus.

Great Property

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acorn Lodge! The property was perfect for what we were looking for and the enclosed patio was great for having our dog be able to sit on the patio with us and not have to worry about him getting out. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, including phone chargers in every room which was great because I forgot mine! We will definitely try to stay here next time we plan a trip up north!

Weekend ski getaway

The pictures online didn't do the house justice. This is a beautiful cabin, a little home away from home. Everything you could need. We cooked dinners and grilled out after our days snowboarding then enjoyed the hot tub! We definitely would love to return. A beautiful home all around. With easy check in and check out.

Gem in Greer

The Acorn Lodge was a great house in a perfect location in the cooler temps in Greer,AZ. The home is gorgeous with high end features, accouterments and unique personal touches in every room that makes it feel like your own home. Everything is first class plus it has everything that you could wish for in a vacation home. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, grill and so many places to relax ,both indoor and outdoor. You will not find a better vacation home in Greer!

Exceptional!

Acorn Lodge is a wonderful haven in the forest. Each year we enjoy our stay more than the previous one as it is constantly being improved despite already being great. It has, among other things, a great quiet location among tall trees, great views, great beds, a great kitchen, great furnishings, a great outdoor hot tub, and a great horseshoe area. The owners, Cissy and Ric, and the property manager, Nick, are wonderful. If you decide to stay at Acorn Lodge, you will not regret it.

Peaceful Haven In The Woods

This home provided everything we needed. We look forward to going there when the Molly Butler Lodge is open. (We were able to take out.) Acorn Lodge has a log cabin feel with modern amenities. Sitting by the tall fireplace, making S’mores and sitting in the hot tub under the stars will all be memories of our stay. If you have the chance, read some of the Greer history in the various books found in Acorn Lodge.

Acorn lodge was amazing

After our stay there i was reluctant on reviewing because i wanted to keep it secret because laura and dougs lodge was so amazing. Its far and few i feel this way about but it was like it was my family's dream home for a short time. I truly love what they have done and plan on coming back. If they would have us. Wonderful cabin for a family get away

We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to book our next trip to Acorn Lodge. Need I say more? The cabin was very clean and fully equipped and had everything we needed and more. They even had phone chargers in every single room in case those were forgotten. They literally thought of everything! The cabin was beautifully furnished with every little finishing touch! We felt like we were home. We played games, had a fire in the fireplace every night, fished in the lakes which were super close to the cabin, had lots of laughs and made great memories.. thank you for your hospitality and for sharing this true gem with our family. We can’t wait to return!!

A Perfect Family Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our family and included everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It's in a great location, close to town and lakes, clean and comfortable. It is tastefully decorated, and the layout of the cabin suited us very well. We were also pleased to find some special added touches such as phone charging stations and chords in all rooms, a Bose Bluetooth speaker, horseshoe pits and plenty of various seating on the wrap around deck allowing us to enjoy the outdoors and local wildlife. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days of hiking and fishing. The cabin is well equipped including a great assortment of games, puzzles, and books. In addition, the owners were easy to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin with our family. We hope to be back in the near future.
