Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Frau Haberkorn! Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Organisation war im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts Top!

Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Schönes Apartment, toller Blick und unkomplizierter Check-in. Gerne wieder!

Achtung: schlechte Erfahrung mit Vermieterin

Die Vermieterin hat - trotz Hinweis, dass wir mit einem 6-jährigen Kind reisen - "vergessen" uns mitzuteilen, dass in der von uns angefragten Woche die "Semana del Carmen" stattfindet; (das Fest kannten wir bis dato nicht) & eine Bühne inkl. Bar, Hüpfburgen etc. direkt unter dem Balkon der Ferienwohnung aufgebaut wurde - Konzert/Disko mehrmals in der Woche bis morgens um 4 Uhr. In der Wohnung verstand man schon bei der Probe am ersten Tag (unserer Ankunft) sein eigenes Wort nicht. Anruf bei der Vermieterin stiess auf Unverständnis, Unhöflichkeit und Ignoranz. Wir zogen - entsetzt und frustriert - aus und warten (bis heute) auf eine Teil-Rückerstattung, die als Kompromiss vereinbart wurde. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr warm, im kleinen ("Kinder"-)Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage & nur ein Fenster in einen Lichtschacht; das Hochbett hatte (oben) keinen Rausfallschutz, das Zimmer liegt nicht neben dem anderen Schlafzimmer, das Treppenhaus ist eng und steil. Nicht wirklich für Familien, insbes. mit kleineren Kindern, geeignet. Insgesamt eine Urlaubserfahrung, auf die wir gerne verzichtet hätten.

Klasse

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der super Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin hat bei Fragen schnellstens reagiert und wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Unseren Schlummertrunk haben wir immer noch auf dem Balkon zu uns genommen, weil man immer was zu gucken hatte, sei es ankommende Boote oder Passanten. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die neuen Urlauber in der Wohnung unter uns waren laut und haben den halben Hafen unterhalten, aber war nur die letzte Nacht . Wir werden bei dem nächsten Urlaub in Cala Ratjada nicht mehr suchen, die Wohnung wird wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber

toller Hafenblick

Schöne, etwas skuril geschnittene Wohnung (ca. 4m breit und 20m lang) mit tollem Blick auf Hafen und Meer. Sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet, der Eßtisch war uns (2 Personen) vielleicht etwas zu klein.
