Perfect days
Wonderful stay - perfect communication with the owner - perfect on-site support (thanks again to Simone and Miguel) - the house is very well equipped - ideal for 2 to 4 people - very quiet location - 150m to a small beach, where our dog could jump into the water ;-) - amazing evening walks along the sea to the harbor - highly recommended all around!

Thank-you for your comment and your stay, Thomas!! Indeed we do not have air conditioning in the house, as it is stated in the advertisement. Still, we believe it is much better and environmentally friendly to use ceiling fans; modern ones do make any noise and they are very energy-efficient. That is why we already have ceiling fans in each bedroom (hope you have used them during your stay, we always sleep with them the whole night and it is very nice), and that is why we are installing a new one in the living room this week. Have a nice year!!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger, perfektgelegener Lage
Wir haben die Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung richtig genossen! Es gibt alles was man braucht und sogar mehr! Alles steht zur Verfügung. Auch ganz viele hilfreiche Tipps über die Umgebung! Die Lage ist perfekt! Ruhig und gleichzeitig strand- und zentrumsnah. 5 Sterne hätte sie bekommen, wenn der Jakuzzi reibungslos funktioniert hätte.. Ein paar technische Probleme haben uns nicht erlaubt davon jeden Tag zu profitieren und das fanden wir etw. ärgerlich da wir die Wohnung genau deswegen ausgesucht hatten. Der Rest war super!

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage
Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es war alles noch schöner, als auf den Fotos, super sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig, in der Küche alles da, was man braucht und von Strandzubehör bis Kinderspielzeug, einer gemütlichen Spielecke und den schönen Gartenmöbeln und der Terrasse zum Essen alles perfekt. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten und auf dem schönen Weg am Meer entlang ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Son Moll Bucht. Auch der Trubel und die Restaurants in Cala Ratjada sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Große Supermärkte sind nur drei Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, das Haus hat die perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig, aber man ist schnell überall.
Juan ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich bei jeder Frage sofort gekümmert hat. Absolute Empfehlung!
The house is very cosy, comfortable and even better than the fotos. Very clean and from the kitchen accessories, childrens toys for the beach, nice furniture indoor and outdoor there is everything you can wish for.
The sea is nearby and with a few minutes walk you reach cala son moll and the promenade of Cala Ratjada with restaurants and shops. Juan is a very nice host and we recommend the house very much!
