HOUSE RULES
- Only those persons listed in the reservation can be accommodated in the flat. Under no circumstances may other people or guests from outside the flat be accommodated.
- The common areas (pool and communal terrace) cannot be used after 11 pm.
The holiday home Can Nogueras is located in a the quiet, private residential area "El Bosque" Cala Ratjada and impresses guests with its stunning decor and excellent outdoor area. The spacious property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite and cable television, children’s books and toys, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the house boasts a private balcony, which overlooks the pool area, and a private, covered terrace where you can start your day with a delicious coffee. The house also has a private barbecue. The fantastic, shared outdoor area consists of a garden, an open terrace, a pool and an outdoor shower, which are all available for your use. Within a 5-minute walk you will find restaurants, cafes and bars. The closest supermarket is located just around the corner, a 1-minute walk away (97 m). The tourist information office is located approximately 15 m away and in the immediate vicinity there is also a library with Wi-Fi and a park with a playground for children. A shopping centre is also just a short walk away. Approximately 300 m from the property, the little beach of Cala Agulla awaits your visit. In an 11-minute walk (950 m) you will reach the small beach of Na Ferradura and in an 18-minute walk, Cala Gat beach (1.5 km).
Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Upon request, the homeowner can provide you with a change of bed linens and towels for free.
Please note that the use of air conditioning is limited to 2 hours of use per day as scheduled by the owner. However, the house has 3 fans that can be used when needed.
If you want, anyway, an unlimited use of the air conditioning, this will entail an extra cost. Please check with the owner.
