Good stay

Check in was easy, easy to find. House is located in a small street near the main street. House was very clean. Main bedroom 1 downstairs, windows on the streetside was not expected; more noise also die to motorbikes parking infront of the house. One bedroom (1p) Upstairs. Airconditioning does not cover the bedrooms, windows open due to street noise was not an option. Bedroom get very hot. Matras is not firm, size 140 and therefore not ideal. Kitchen is well equiped. Toilet and bathroom are outside in seperate building, crossing the patio. There is no privacy as neighbors can look into the patio. Especially at night with all the bugs, this is a little uncomfortable. Patio and terrace are a nice benefit. Good contact with the owner by app. For a two week stay the lack of working airconditioning in the bedroom, the bed and the bathroom not in the main building, a second stay is depending on other options and price.

Küche mit allem, was man so braucht.

Traumhaftes Stadthaus in Arta

Abbiamo avuto esperienze migliori e piu sincere.. The house is beautiful, with large spaces inside and on the patio. Well stocked with everything but there are at least 2 downsides: First: in the advertisement on your Vrbo website, the price that appears does not consider the EXTRA that is requested by the owner, after acceptance, for the final cleaning. I don't find it correct, on the contrary .. second: the bedroom has 2 single beds and is in contact with the street, where obviously cars park and it is not easy to sleep peacefully. The contacts with the owners took place with an intermediary only with Whatsapp, an intermediary that we never met either on arrival or on departure. Furthermore, the keys to the house are behind the shutters on the street, in a place that we discovered without having received any information about it. Bottom line: pleasant stay spoiled by lack of good communication. We have had better and more sincere experiences ..

Próximo a playas idílicas. Mereció la pena.

Ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus. Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig.
