Artá is an ancient rural town located to the east of the island, near Alcudia Bay. It is known for its gastronomy, culture, and popular festivals. In this territory, we can find the mountains of Puig de Farrutx and Talaia Freda, as well as the dunes of Sa Canova on the coast and the Colònia de Sant Pere. Additionally, Artá also has interest due to its archaeological ruins of ancient Talayotic settlements.

Uns hat eine liebevoll gestaltete kleine Oase empfangen. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt . Es gibt viele schattige Plätzchen, man ist ganz für sich und kann sich erholen. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher einfach, aber es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Abflüsse der Duschen laufen sehr schlecht ab. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Entspannendes, ruhig gelegendes Urlaubsdomozil

Schöner Pool, wenn auch viel kleiner, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Einrichtung schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns keine gute Matratzen und zu wenig Bettzeug. Topflappen und Küchentücher zu wenig, ebenso fehlte ein Wasserkocher. Leider ist die Wasserpumpe sehr laut. Ansonsten schöne Anlage mit viel Grün und Bäumen! Netter Aussenbereich!

Schöne Lage, Unstimmigkeiten Fotos und direkt vor Ort

Die Lage und der Pool der Finca TOP! Abgelegen, keine Nachbarn. Allerdings war es nicht sehr sauber, z.B. war das Besteck+Besteckkasten nicht richtig sauber, der Gefrierschrank war super, allerdings hat der Kühlschrank schlecht gekühlt. Das Gründstück war nicht so sauber, wie auf den Fotos, es lag Müll (z.B. altes Eisstiel) rum, Dusche im Vorderhaus war verstopft, da das Wasser ganz schlecht ablief, Pferde gab es keine, wie auf den Bildern, geschweige von dem satten grün. Vorhänge beim Aussenbett waren nicht vorhanden, der Gesamteindruck vor Ort war nicht gleichzustellen mit den Fotos- schade!

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Arta. Auf den ersten Blick fehlte uns nur ein Wasserkocher, aber das Problem konnten wir schnell lösen. Tolle urige Anlage mit super Erholungsfaktor. Alles wie beschrieben :-) Check in/ out- Vorgang jederzeit selbstständig durchführbar. Kontakt mit Agentur nett und zügig.

Eine kleine Oase zur Erholung

Zu viert (2 Pärchen) haben wir auf diesem sehr schönen, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Fincaanwesen unseren Urlaub verbracht. Es gibt 2 kleine Häuser, von denen 1 mit Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad ausgestattet ist und das andere Haus hat 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad und noch ein kl.Zimmer. Es war absolut ausreichend und draussen gibt es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten (großer Tisch m. 4 Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, grosses Kuschelsofa) und einen tollen Pool. Also alles vorhanden um das Leben inmitten der Natur an der frischen Luft in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Artá kann man zu Fuß über Feldwege in ca. 2,5km erreichen. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir von dort auch viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht und der sehr schöne Strand an der Cala Mesquida ist in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar. Ein großes Lob auch an das Team von Mallorca Villa Selection. Sie waren immer per Whats App erreichbar und haben sich umgehend um alles gekümmert! Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und es war absolut erholsam! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Eine kl.Infobroschüre in der Finca wäre hilfreich, wie man z.B. zu Fuß Artá erreicht oder auch, wo man den Müll hinbringen muss. Handtücher könnten ein paar mehr zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch für die Küche.

Gemütliche Unterkunft, die Entspannung verspricht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns bereits ein mit einigen Leckereien gefüllter Kühlschrank. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Es sind nur wenige Fahrminuten bis nach Artà. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen könnten.

Tolle Finca, toller Pool, tolle Lage für verschiedene Ausflüge. Meine Töchter waren sehr begeistert, dass sie jeden Tag Reiten konnten, wir waren sehr begeistert, dass wir die Tomaten, Pfirsiche, Zucchinis, Paprika aus dem Garten pflücken durften. ... aber: Es waren viele Wespen am Pool, so dass wir alle mindestens einmal gestochen wurden; die Hunde haben sehr viel gebellt, vor allem nachts; die Straße ist sehr laut.

Gerne wieder....

Zusammengefasst war alles super. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld hat super funktioniert. Als wir ankamen, hat uns der Vermieter herzlich begrüßt und uns auch schon einige Leckereien in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub dort. Meine Tochter fand es super...dass es dort Pferde, Hunde und Hühner auf dem Grundstück gab. Sie durfte sogar eine Kutschfahrt durch Artá mit dem Vermieter machen. Der Pool war klasse und auch die Lage der Finca. Top. Man hat dort echt seine Ruhe . Mit dem Leihwagen war alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Artá selbst hat eine wunderschöne Altstadt und man kann dort auch alles für den täglichen Gebrauch bekommen. Rundum...alles super

Wir wurden von unserem Vermieter Rafa sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Finca ist liebevoll gestaltet, traumhafte Außenanlagen und eine liebevolle Inneneinrichtung. Rafa hatte immer hilfreiche Tipps und Vorschläge für einen traumhaften Aufenthalt auf Mallorca.Wer die Natur liebt und Ruhe sucht, ist in dieser Unterkunft genau richtig. Die morgendliche und abendliche Beschäftigung mit den 3 Pferden und den 2 Hunden waren ein willkommenes I-Tüpfelchen. nichts Es war alles in bester Ordnung und wir haben keine Beanstandungen - im Gegenteil

Eine traumhafte Finca

Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und familiär. Das Anwesen lädt zum entspannen und abschalten ein. Wir wollten garnicht nach Hause und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
