Housing New Loft type - attic, very comfortable and cozy. They have been carefully the details in decoration and comfort. Located on the outskirts of the village of Capdepera 5-10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the island like Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida, Son Moll ... with a nice 15m2 terrace overlooking the mountains and the medieval castle, with lots of natural lighting. It has a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, full kitchen including washing machine, air conditioning, terrace with barbecue, free wiffi, TV with satellite. Wishing you to spend wonderful days in our house. For more information comment that we, the owners live in the downstairs and we would be at your service to help in whatever it takes.

Sehr gemütliche und komfortable Wohnung im Dachgeschoss New Loft-Stil. Details Die bezüglich Komfort und Dekoration liebevoll und wurden mehrere sorgfältig.
Die Wohnung über einen verfügt getrennten Wohn- / Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, Schlafsofa, ein Bad, eine mit Waschmaschine vollausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage / Heizung, TV (Sat) und free Wifi.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist die große Terasse 15 m2 mit Lounge-Möbeln und Gasgrill, von der sie den Blick auf die Berge und die Burg von Capdepera mittelalterliche genießen können.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Dorfes von Capdepera, unter anderem ca. 5-10 Minuten von den schönen STRANDEN in Cala Agulla Son Moll und entfernt, sowie dem Stadtzentrum von Cala Ratjada.

Not much to add to all the positive reviews. Amazing apartment with many great details, obviously well designed from somebody with knowledge and style. Great view from the balcony. JuanJo and his wife gave us a great and warm welcome. Easy parking in the street, town centre only a five minute walk. Really enjoyed it.

The hosts were lovely, thoughtfully stocked the fridge with food and drinks, which was utterly unexpected, but such a welcome surprise, the furbishment and decoration is high quality and very tasteful, just a joy the balcony is large and spacious with a 180degree East, North, West View that allows you to witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the setting is quiet and undisturbed, very safe The village center with bars and restaurants less then 5min walk, shops nearby as well I had a wonderful and relaxing stay, absolutely enjoyed it

Fabulous!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this exceptional apartment in Capdepera. The view over the mountains and palm trees was breathtaking, with sunsets that were truly stunning. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute drive to a beautiful beach and 5 minutes to a supermarket. The apartment was quiet, spotlessly clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Parking was easy, just a minute away. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although our stay was short, we’ll definitely be returning!

Die Lage ist gut aber man braucht ein Auto da Supermarkt etwa 2kmh entfernt ist

Sehr entspannt der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich das einzige Manko war die fehlende Spülmaschine

Bonita y acogedora casa decorada con gusto.

El casero es muy atento. Tuvo el detalle de dejarnos en el frigorífico algunos productos típicos de Mallorca y unas botellas de agua y pan para el desayuno. También nos recomendó las mejoras calas y playas cerca de Capdepera. La casa es super bonita y cómoda. Tiene una terraza increíble. Está genial para 4 personas. Las camas son muy cómodas. Además, estaba bastante limpia e impecable. Es muy fácil aparcar cerca.

Herbst 2023

Die super Bewertungen haben uns in dieses Loft geführt, waren dann aber doch ernüchtert: Der Boden ist aus Beton, ohne Teppich o.ä. = einfach ungemütlich, es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, die wohl kaum jmd. braucht, eine Spülmaschine fehlt jedoch. Zudem ist das Loft in Hör- und durch Bäume hindurch auch Sehweite der Schnellstraße MA-15. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlt es an Möbeln, an denen man auch einigermaßen vernünftig essen kann, es gibt nur Möbel zum Chillen. Hinzu kommt, dass es Fenster ins Treppenhaus gibt. Wenn nachts der Nachbar Licht bei sich anmacht, scheint dieses durchs Treppenhaus bis ins Loft. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, wacht davon auf. Das Bett ist auch kein Doppelbett, sondern ein französisches Bett mit geschätzt 140 cm Breite und nur einer Decke bzw. einem Laken über die Bettbreite. Zum Glück mit Überdecke, sodass wir uns jeder 1 Decke nehmen konnten. Bei den Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes okay, wenn die Nächte kühler werden, dürfte es machem Paar zusätzlich unruhigen Schlaf bescheren.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt

Wir waren bereits das 14. mal in Capdepera, aber das erste mal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Vermieter Juanjo und Anna sind sehr nett und habe uns freundlich empfangen und betreut. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage (wenn man einen PKW hat), ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an Anna und Juanjo. Ihr seid super Gastgeber.

zauberhaftes Apartment ! So stellt man sich sein Feriendomizil vor. Finca feeling! Ganz liebvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Fernblick. Sehr liebe und unkomplizierte Gastgeber wohnen unten im Haus. Es war sogar ein Willkommensfrühstück angerichtet. Wir kommen sicher wieder! ♡

Selten so schön!

Kann ich auch 7 Sterne vergeben? Wir nutzen seit mehr als 20 Jahren mehrfach im Jahr Ferienwohnungen oder -häuser. Diese Wohnung gehört mindestens in die Top Ten! Das Raumkonzept funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sinnvoll und überaus vollständig ausgestattet, sondern auch sehr wohnlich. Sauber war sie auch bis in die letzte Ecke. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Capdepera ist zwar für Wanderungen im Tramuntana etwas abgelegen, bietet aber mit dem Naturpark Llevant hinreichend Betätigungsmöglichkeiten. Der Ort selbst ist eher wenig touristisch, bietet trotzdem viele Restaurants mit leckeren Angeboten, nette, zuvorkommende Bedienung eingeschlossen. Großartig!
