Gorgeous upgraded new family house with amazing outdoor space featuring a lighted gazebo, and a BBQ grill. Spacious living room is equipped with a smart 70 inch TV, various board games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away.

The space
This 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house is perfect for a family or group of travelers to relax in after a long day at the Sequoia Park or wineries. Imagine yourself in an entertaining house after a long hiking day!

The setup:

The house is ideal for a group of 9 or less, we can accommodate slightly bigger group but please keep that in mind when you book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooking tools, and dining ware to prepare meals in the house. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard as well.

The living room has ample seating spaces and a 70" smart TV connected to internet to stream any content from your own devices (Apple or Android devices required) or directly thru the TV app. There are various board games to keep your group entertained all night long!

The backyard has a large gazebo with outdoor seating. There are romantic light strings all over the backyard to create a relaxing atmosphere for your group gatherings.

House was great

We rented this house while in Visalia for a family wedding. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Communication with the property managers was easy and we had zero issues during our stay. When visiting Visalia in the future, we will definitely look into renting this property again.

Perfect home and location

This property is perfect! My family of 10 was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how accommodating it was! Everyone had plenty of room and the teens especially enjoyed the gaming system! It is located in the perfect place just minutes from drive thrus, grocery stores, and shopping. We also drove comfortably to Sequoia NP, Kings Canyon NP, and Yosemite NP during our stay. The host was very communicative, answering all of our questions, offering recommendations for local restaurants, and taking care of small things that arose while we were there. We had the best time and enjoyed staying here very much! Thank you for making my parents' 50th anniversary so very special for all of us!!

Wedding Stay

We traveled to Visalia for the weekend to attend a wedding. The house was easy to find (right on the corner of the tract and off of a busy road with a railroad crossing). There were enough bedrooms to accommodate the 4 of us. The house and backyard need to be decluttered of personal items and need a deep cleaning and updated living room furniture. The master bathroom bathtub leaked, the garbage disposal did not work and the dishwasher would not turn on and had dirty dishes in it. The internet was really slow and the TV buffered anytime we used it. There is no cable. The road noise was really loud because the tracks acted as a speed cushion that make a loud noise every time a car crossed. We were there for a family wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the property.

The listing says that it is a new house, it’s not. While the outside is new the inside could use a better cleaning job. I’m not sure when the walls have last been wiped, there was some animal hair in the master bedroom and the soap tray in the shower was very dirty.

Visalia House

Good size house for our family of 6 and good location overall. Would've been nice to have more spoons in the kitchen. Also, there's a train track right behind the house and train goes by quite early in the morning so if you like to sleep in, this is probably not the house for you.

Wedding Weekend

Our youngest daughter got married up in Sequoia National Park on a Saturday so I found a nice home with plenty of rooms and space for the other daughter, son in law and mother in law. This was so much more cost effective than getting hotel rooms for everybody. The property manager had immediate contact when booking and kept in touch when we were a couple of days out from our trip. They stayed in touch through out our stay and made sure we were good but were there for us if we did need anything. They granted us a one hour early check in and that allowed us to travel in between peak traffic times transitioning through L.A. The house was easy to find and easy to access. It smelled freshly cleaned and was laid out very effectively. Sitting outside when we had time would have been great but we arrived in the middle of the first heat wave of summer (107) so inside was very comfortable. The television allowed you to access your aps, Netflix, Amazon etc... to stay entertained. The beds were ok but a little bit on the firm side, the master bath had a nice walk in shower and tub on the side if that is your thing. You were pretty close to the main street and it had a nice downtown walk around vibe to it and lots of choices in places to eat, whether fast food or sit down dining. The trip up to Sequoia was about an hour and a half drive up the mountain and was a very beautiful drive. Checking out was easy, not a lot asked of you by the management team.

Hello We have checked out of the house. We found the house more than Adequate for our stay. It is a lovely home and we appreciated the extras such as hand soap, body wash and shampoo! The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a good garden to relax. Very good location in a city with plenty of options besides the obvious park visits.
