Beautiful stone house with a swimming pool in a residential area 2 km from the gorgeous pittoresque old village of Valbonne on the French Riviera.

The house was built in 1959 and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas.

Single story house of 160m2 that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest toilet, a laundry room, a large double living room with a majestic fireplace, a dining room with fireplace and a semi-open kitchen.

The dining room gives access to a covered terrace with pizza oven and built-in barbecue. Modern interiors are combined with beautiful Provencal elements such as wooden beams in the dining room ceiling.

Beautifully maintained garden of 2016m², with a swimming pool, a large lawn and several seating areas.

This single storey house is perfectly adapted for a family with children. The property in fully enclosed with a trampoline, swings and a slide. A baby bed, high chair and toys can be provided if desired.

Unique location with several golf courses nearby (1 km from the nearest golf course), walking distance to a great bakery as well as the old village of Valbonne and its charming cafes, restaurants, galleries and shops.

There are several tennis courts nearby, a large playground and great hiking opportunities. 3 min drive to supermarket, 7 min drive to the picturesque old town of Chateauneuf with an amazing view, 20 min drive to Antibes and Cannes with great beaches and shops and 25 min drive to Nice airport.

The property is rented by the week with and end of stay cleaning (200 euros) that is charged in addition. The gardener mows the lawn once a week and the pool is cleaned once a week. This is included in the price.

Excellent villa

Very responsive owner. Excellent house. Pool area is amazing. Interior is high quality. Bedrooms are on the smaller side but living space is ample. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely villa, even nicer than the photos

We stayed in the villa as a family of four, with another family of four with us for 3 nights, and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for all 4 kids and the 2 sets of parents, lovely pool, AMAZING BBQ, and the kids loved the play area in the garden. Would highly recommend for a family holiday. Hanne has great taste and is very helpful with any issues/local tips.

Great property and very nice property owners

Great property with a very nice pool and gardens. The owners are very nice and helpful. While the location is good and close to many great villages to visit and to the coast, it us not possible to go anywhere without a car
