*Swimming pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made solely by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually left.
