The Mas du Pontet (house with private swimming pool heated to 27 degrees continuously from May to mid-September) can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 100m², living room, kitchen and terrace on the same level as the pool beach.

You are 5 minutes walk from the heart of the center of Vallon Pont D'arc, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, activities, tourist office and the river.
The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The cottage is equipped with programmed air conditioning

For the 2025 season: The cottage will be refurbished and decorated and will consist of:
- Two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed
- One bedroom with two 90x200 beds
- Fans available for each bedroom
- 3 bathrooms for each bedroom (toilet, vanity unit, shower, hair dryer)
- A living room with a sofa with flat screen TV
- Free WiFi
- An equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, teapot, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine)
- Outdoor lounge
- Charcoal barbecue.
- Baby high chair
- Cot (120x60)
- Baby bath.
On-site activity:
- Swimming pool heated to 27 degrees continuously (May to the end of September 11.5x4.5 and 1m30 deep) privatized for rental with deckchair and parasol available.

The cottage has its own private closed parking with electric gate, a plot of land with a surface area of ​​2400m2. Animals are not allowed

Wonderful, quiet hideaway

Vanessa and David were fantastic hosts for this beautiful property. It was tucked away and very quiet. The pool was the best pool we’ve even been to and the kids loved it. The house was recently refurbished and is very stylish and has everything you need.

Fantastic vacation in the Ardeche

We received a very warm welcome by Vanessa and her partner, who guided us through the house and showed us the swimming pool. Everything is brand new and the rooms are nicely decorated. The location is great, in a quiet street and very close (few minutes walk) to the lively centre of Vallon Pont d’ Arc with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, … we can definitely recommend it for a family vacation !

Nice house for a family vacation with older children

OK for the price, the house is very close to the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc. I would not recommend the house for a stay with friends since there is only one small bathroom.

Lovely stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Vanessa and David's gite. The gite was clean, tidy and spacious. The pool was excellent. The gite is situated in easy walking distance of the town and the river. There is no need to use your car unless you are visiting other areas. Vanessa and David are excellent hosts and they are very responsive and welcoming. We would have no hesitation in returning to this wonderful gite.

Fantastic Location

Vanessa and David very welcoming. House was equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was larger than we had thought and we used it daily. It was on a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village, which we visited daily. Our car was not really needed for all the local facilities. Only a short walk to access the gorge and river, which was brilliant for hiring canoes. The only improvement needed would be an additional bathroom, electric toaster and updating if windows in dinning area. We would definitely stay again. Thank you again Vanessa and David for a wonderful holiday

Juste parfait ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, bien équipée. La piscine est superbe pour jouer avec les enfants car la profondeur est la même partout et aussi faire quelques longueurs. Idéalement placé

Nous avons loué la maison pour un séjour en famille. L’emplacement est idéal, la ville de vallon pont d’arc est très agréable à visiter avec plusieurs marches très agréables et proches d’autres villages très jolis et animés. La maison est très bien équipée et les propriétaires sont d’une d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité vraiment appréciable. Notre séjour était parfait avec la piscine qui est un réel plus. Seul bémol le manque de climatisation mais un problème qui sera réglé d’ici l’année prochaine selon la propriétaire ☺️ Nous recommandons fortement cette location sans hésiter Merci en ore aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil 🍀

Idealer Standort für einen Urlaub in Vallon Pont d'Arc !!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag genossen! Vanessa und David haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und über den gesamten Aufenthalt perfekt betreut. Das Landhaus ist liebevoll restauriert, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist mega! Die Entfernung zum Zentrum und zum Fluss beträgt fußläufig 5-10 Minuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nächstes Jahr!
