The Lemon Drop is a beautifully styled coastal retreat, perfect for your next beach getaway. Ideally located just a few blocks from the shoreline, you'll enjoy easy access to the beach as well as nearby shops on Ave G, local restaurants, and golf cart rentals—making it simple to explore and soak up the charm of the area.
This spacious home offers four bedrooms, with three located upstairs and a fun bunk room on the first floor—perfect for kids or extra guests. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection, the property features a screened-in porch, a private side courtyard, and access to a shared community pool.
Step inside through the private ground-floor entrance and immediately feel at ease in the light-filled, open-concept living space. Coastal-chic décor and airy design create a welcoming atmosphere for gathering with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen is a standout, featuring quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, new appliances, an electric range, pantry, wine cooler, and a butcher block island—perfect for prepping meals or entertaining. A versatile coffee maker allows you to brew a full carafe or a single pod to start your mornings just right.
Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for eight, or gather at the bar with additional seating for four. The living room invites you to unwind with a large L-shaped sectional, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. From here, step outside to either the private courtyard with grill or the screened-in porch—both offering plenty of seating for outdoor lounging. Two outdoor showers (one by the garage and one tucked inside the courtyard) make rinsing off after the beach easy and convenient.
The first-floor bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle, cozy bean bags, a wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the screened-in porch. A nearby full bathroom with a walk-in shower also serves this level.
Upstairs, a cozy reading nook welcomes you at the landing. The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, spacious closet, and a private balcony—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
Two additional upstairs bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests. One includes two full beds, while the other is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, a TV, Xbox, and desk—ideal for kids or teens. A shared bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower/tub combo is conveniently located between them.
All five TVs throughout the home include access to the Spectrum app, live TV, Netflix, and Disney+.
For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs, along with a high chair and stair gates available if needed.
