Lineman's Ridge is a new, luxury 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom cabin located in Broken Bow, OK. The cabin, built into a cliff, sits on a secluded 1.1 acre lot in Timber Creek Estates. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a fun getaway. The property also includes 2 beautiful double decks, hot tub, tv, fire pit , and a 20ft granite bar on the lower deck overlooking the 100' pine trees. Indoor fun includes multiple board games and a 55 inch television in the main room and a 40 inch in each bedroom with Dish Cable. The cozy bedrooms have king pillow top mattresses, 4 king pillows, and 1000 thread count luxury cotton sheets for a perfect night sleep. The kitchen is stocked with all the things needed for cooking your favorite dinner. Coffee person? We have you covered with a coffee bar, complete with a keurig, nespresso, and drip coffee maker.

The place you will want to spend all your time is on the upper and lower decks. Tuck in to a movie on the 55 inch screen with a fire going and warm, comfy throws. You may also enjoy the hot tub on the lower deck. Or wake up in the morning to the sounds of nature and a steaming mug of you favorite coffee or tea at the 20 ft granite bar on the lower deck. Head down the steps to the fire pit and roast marshmallows.

Lineman's Ridge is located close to Beavers Bend Park and lake, restaurants, breweries, and wineries. If you like hiking, boating, bird watching or just hanging in nature this is the perfect location. Lineman's Ridge is perfect for a girls trip, couples, or small family getaway.

March weekend getaway

Our recent stay 3/7-3/9/2025 was very nice! It may have rained all weekend, and it was a bit chilly out; we loved hanging out at the beautiful cabin. We went out to eat, came back and just plain relaxed and enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace coziness. The cabin is very clean and well stocked with whatever supplies you might need for cooking or chilling.

Beautiful Cabin in Wooded Quiet Neighborhood

My husband and I and my in-laws had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful quiet cabin in Hochatown. Just minutes away from the lake, beautiful hiking trails, restaurants, and shops. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon!

We had a great time at lineman’s ridge. The views are spectacular and it’s literally like being in a cabin treehouse. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a party of 4 friends who needed a getaway stay!!

Perfection!

There is not one negative thing I can say about our stay at Lineman’s Ridge. My husband, I and another couple were looking for a place with two bedrooms. We were so lucky to have stumbled up on this location. Not only were there two identical bedrooms with king beds. Each had their own private bath.. the place was spotless and had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was about a 20 to 25 minute easy trip to Broken Bow.. Communication was excellent from the very minute we booked this location until we left. I highly recommend it!

Summer Couples Trip

The Lineman’s Ridge property was perfect for our couples trip! The property looked just like the picture, was very clean, and had a spectacular view! Additionally, the dual master bedroom feature and the double deck for enjoying meals and the hot tub were wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples trip!

Loved the cabin feel. Furnishing were very nice and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Location was good and convenient. Learned to only shop at Pruitts (not Wal Mart) for any food.

Paradise!

This house was absolutely the perfect place for us. Everything about it is the definition of luxury, from the open family room to the soaking bathtubs to the fun outdoor space with hot tub. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and playing games. The owners were mainly interested in our needs and enjoyment I can’t say enough about this little piece of heaven. We will be back!

Everything you need for entertaining or relaxing!

This cabin will not disappoint! Location prime for activities in town. The master suites connecting to the patios are wonderful! Bathrooms are gorgeous and so relaxing. Lower deck area great for all entertainment. So many seating areas on the property! Hosts were incredibly helpful and kind! We will definitely return!

Fantastic Cabin

Lineman’s Ridge is a Very clean, very comfortable cabin with plenty of room for the 4 adults on the trip. The coffee bar is a great touch, the two decks are very spacious and provide plenty of seating options. Oh, the views off the decks are incredible! Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in all our stays in Broken Bow! The owners were great to deal with and provided every bit of information you could possibly need about the cabin and area. Thanks for making our stay so awesome! Will definitely be booking this cabin again!

Wonderful, modern cabin - perfect for a weekend getaway for couples

We really enjoyed our time in Broken Bow in this wonderful modern cabin. The host are very responsive and in top of things. Check-in was easy and the Cabin was very clean upon arrival. We spent a lot of time on the two decks and enjoyed the hot tub. Currently, there is a bit of construction around the property that can be loud especially during the day while out in the porch, but it tends to quiet down by late afternoon. Would definitely visit this property again!

Girls' Getaway

My wife and friend stayed here for the end of the school year celebration (they are both educators)! It as the perfect place for them to get away and relax. They each had their own master suite, everything was immaculate! The outside patio with tv was perfect for a May stay. They have already decided they are returning to this house for their next getaway. House feels secluded with the trees in the back, but is in close proximity to the restaurants. The owner was very fast with any questions that we had!

Exceptional amenities!

An exceptional experience all the way through! From the early communications, arrival and departure. The floor plan is very nice with two gorgeous on suite bedrooms. The cabin is decorated and stocked very well. The furnishings are comfortable and welcoming. The bedding is high quality with excellent pillows and linens. The outdoor living spaces are very welcoming and comfortable. Teo separate large outdoor decks with stunning views, comfortable furnishings, nice lighting, outdoor TV, Weber BBQ and ceiling fans. Excellent accommodations throughout!
