Everything about the resort and tiny home were great. We had a small issue with the internet and the tv and they came over and fixed it right away. The only thing they didn’t have in the kitchen were any frying pans, but we made due. Definitely will be booking again.

Table and seating was totally inadequate for four people. The bed sheets were polyester, typical for a Motel 6. They were very uncomfortable(hot) so poor sleep during 3 night stay. None of the stove burners worked correctly; all too high. Otherwise, the place was nicely decorated, had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils.Lastly, we liked the quiet n'hood. Thank you

The location is excellent, with close proximity to the beach and town, and the cottage itself appeared well-kept and maintained.Unfortunately, our stay was less comfortable than we had hoped. We visited during an unusually hot weekend, with temperatures in the mid to high 90’s. These temperatures may not be typical for the coast, but hot weather is certainly possible throughout the year. The lack of air conditioning made the cottage extremely uncomfortable. The cottage seemed to trap heat to the point that it was more comfortable outside than inside. It was especially overwhelming when we stopped by in the middle of the afternoon to put our toddler down for a nap. We ultimately stripped both toddler and infant down to their diapers with the provided fan on full blast, while my husband slept with an ice pack on his chest. A simple window AC unit would go a long way toward making the cottage enjoyable during hot times like this.We found the floors to be dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the internet stopped working while we were trying to stream Disney for our two year old. This required 30-40 minutes on the phone troubleshooting the issue with internet support. After a long day, spending that much time resolving a connectivity problem was frustrating and took away from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Overall, the rental has a lot of potential. Resolving the issues above would maximize comfort for future guests.

Comfortable stay

Cute, comfortable accommodation, friendly visitors in the RV Park and felt safe which was important. Local cat adopted me during my stay so I also had a friendly, furry visitor to keep me company. I would stay here again.

WEEKEND GETAWAY

THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND MOST OF ALL VERY COMFORTABLE AND GREAT LOCATION. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL BOOK AGAIN.

Cute little place. We had trouble with the stove tho, the oven seemed broken. Also, the wifi was very bad. We had to use our data from our phones. The sofabed was unable to open.

Great Time!

This was such a fun vacation. We had the best time, ever! The place was perfect and had a huge backyard where we put up a volleyball court. The area was nice and clean and the pool was awesome! We will definitely come again.

The tiny house is amazing! However I wish we would’ve known the sofa is a sofa bed too! The place was quiet but people friendly. Loved it & would go back again!!

Small but clean, too expensive.

Property is a RV Park with 4 cottages. Older fixtures but clean and tidy. Friendly staff, willing to help. TV doesn't have cable and I would think it should be provided. You have to stream shows thru ROKU and Tengo Internet which was a pain. The best part was a staff member who helped us get the TV going the second night we were there, she's a 5star employee! I doubt we'll be back.

Pismo Sands Stay

My stay was difficult to check in. I waited for over an hour to get a code to the cottage and had a heck of a time getting in. Once in, things didn’t look quite clean so I wasn’t sure what to use. Front desk was very nice, but it was a bit of a hassle. Laundry was an ordeal as well. We love Pismo Sands and will stay again, but this experience wasn’t the best.

Great use of space

For a tiny little cabin, this place has some function. Everything you need for a few days away from home. Our family of 4 had a good stay. The cabin does need some work (missing knobs, cracked door frame, missing TV remote), but it was a pleasant stay. The RV park was nice, well kept and had some good ammenities.

We had a great stay! The cabin is very clean and the property is well kept. Christina the property manager was very responsive and kind. The crew on-site are also wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Our cabin stay

We simply made a wrong choice. The cabin was way too small, not very clean. The carpet is stained, lots of small damages throughout show lack of pride in ownership. Missing knobs, damaged trims. The bedding was nice, but the mattresses are awful. Only 4 towels for two adults for 5 nights. Towers stay wet, no place to dry them. We left a day early.

Cute bungalow getaway

Great for family with kids. The loft area was a fun novelty for the kiddos. Perfect home base for our costal adventures during the day. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!
