Family-friendly 4 bedroom Shamrock ski condo with easy slope access

Welcome to our family’s Shamrock ski condo! This is a 4 bed/3 bath townhouse style home. Our unit was renovated to have a large kitchen with sit-in island and open concept living room/dining room/kitchen that is unique in Shamrock. The living room has a large electric fireplace, safe for small children. Four private bedrooms accommodate everyone, including one bunk room with a bunk bed and Pack-and-Play crib for the little ones. The large back deck is great drinking morning coffee and the front deck makes it fun to watch the tennis courts in the summer months. Just shy of truly ski-in, ski-out via two separate slope access trails on to easy slopes. Just a fiver to ten minute walk to the village or use the Shamrock shuttle stop for easy access to Silvercreek, the village, and more!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shamrock 28- it was spacious enough for 2 families of 4. Kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and cook wear we needed and the beds were SUPER comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family has loved Shamrock since Snowshoe first opened in the 1970's. We spent several years looking for the right condo upgrade for our growing family, and were thrilled to find this one. While we have all moved and spread out a bit over the years, Snowshoe will always been our favorite family meeting place!

Why they chose this property

We spent several years looking for the right condo upgrade for our growing family, and boy is this it! It is truly one of the nicest and most updated 4 bedrooms in the Shamrock complex. It's renovated open-concept design is fairly unique in our complex and offers a larger kitchen and more functional living area than those with the original downstairs layout. We love our condo and hope you will too!

What makes this property unique

This condo is unique in it's open-concept design. We also love the two separate access trails onto nice easy slopes, which makes slope access easy for skiers/boarders of all abilities.
