🐳 Newly Renovated Oceanfront Condo in Kona! 🌅 - Hale Kona Kai 302

True and full oceanfront condo with a lanai (balcony) that almost hangs over the beach. See the ponds below where the turtle and the eels want to come and feed. Let the sounds of the sea make you sleep after a day of sightseeing or relaxation. Both the bedroom and living room face the sea, where dolphins can be seen all year round and whales in season.

Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condos. Located on the shores of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean-view relaxation from every device. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market half a mile north.

The complex offers an lift that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated salt water swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. There are laundry machines available on each level.

Each unit includes designated parking, safe WIFI, and cable TV. Both units, like Lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking. Each floor has coin-operated washing machines and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washing machine/dryer.

Condo was absolutely perfect! Exceptionally clean and the view was the therapy we needed.Had an issue with the AC, called the office and within 5 mins. Taina was at our door. Issue was fixed within an hour.I would definitely recommend this condo

Great communication. Very clean, A little dated. The fresh coffee beans and grinder were a very nice touch. The laundry was convenient once we went to the bank for quarters. The best part is the view. Saw colorful fish and turtles right from the balcony. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets! We never cooked but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Walking distance to restaurants.

Great stay! Comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. The best part of the entire condo is the balcony and the ocean view. I was surprised that it was very quiet, considering there are people above and on each side—that was a huge plus! Parking was also great.

we chose this place due to the proximity of things to do in town. It was an easy walk for us to go to dinner or go shopping. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. Check-in was easy and we arrived in the middle of the night.

Another great stay!

The condo was clean, and had everything we needed and more. The view is always spectacular, and we love watching the sea turtles munch in the tide pools. It's our fourth stay at Hale Kona Kari and we definitely will return!

This location has assigned parking spots based on the room. Typically a good thing. However, the rental car location only had large SUV's. It was a challenge to get the SUV in the parking spot with the neighbor car there. NO Fault of the owner. Just a warning not to get large SUV's.

Perfect location. Easy walk to town, balcony looked directly down at the rocky shoreline. Magic Sand beach located a short drive away with plenty of parking.

Lovely condo located right next to the ocean and Kailua town. We loved Tanga watching as well as cruise ships, canoe teams, and even eels. We walked to Huggo’s and enjoyed an amazing dinner and 8 inch tall Hula pie.

We were only able to spend a few days in Kona, but again the Hale Kona Kai was the best place to stay. The views of sunset from unit 302 can't be beat. I'm ready to come back.

Great Location & Beautiful View

The location and view is amazing. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the yellow tang feast below in the ocean was a great start of each day with beautiful sunsets ending our afternoons. Convenient parking, fully stocked kitchen, snorkel gear, beach chairs and cooler available for guests. Highly recommend!
