Stunning Loft w/ King Suite: near Duke/UNC, RDU Airport, Downtown

Completely renovated -spacious loft in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Enjoy our huge eat-in kitchen with a 9 ft quartz counter top island, new oven, and shaker cabinets . Beautiful floors. Custom butcher block style office desk. Gather and watch movies on our 50" smart TV. Enjoy a King sized bed with a walk-in closet. The large master bath has a free standing tub, tile shower and tile floors.

Note: The space downstairs is not included. You are welcome to rent that space as well.

Every part of this home has been newly renovated! We hope you love it.

Beds: The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Living room: This room is perfect for kicking back and watching a movie. Our 50" smart TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTube TV and much more.

Kitchen: We provide plates, silverware, cups/glasses, basic cooking utensils (cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, pots and pans), coffee pot, seasonings, crock-pot and toaster.

This house has a large yard and overlooks a 0.7 of an acre pond. Beautiful! (No fishing please.)

To avoid confusion, and so that you can see an accurate rental price PRIOR to booking, make sure to enter the correct number of overnight guests. When checking out, VRBO will label any number of guests over the first 2 as “Additional Guest(s).

Perfect Stay

The listing was immaculate and served our needs perfectly. My husband and I stayed one night to see a concert at the Cats Cradle near UNC. It was a short and easy drive to the venue. The host was helpful and explained the distance/drive before we booked. He was spot on. The communication was superb and put us at ease. The listing is in a nice neighborhood very close to UNC and Duke. It was fully updated and well equipped. The host has a nice welcome book with restaurant recommendations and ideas fpr sight seeing in the area. I would stay again.

Everything good except for one thing.

This property is exactly what you are looking at in the pictures. Although, there was a slight downfall with being here. When it comes to parking the fact that these are two rental properties put together and there is only one drive way, it honestly becomes a “first come first serve” type of situation. That happened to us the entire time of our stay. So we were parking on the grass the entire time. Wasn’t so much the ideal of things, I would suggest that maybe for the upstairs loft you have a separate parking space for it. Instead of sharing the driveway with other in the house rental right beside it. But other then that, great would most definitely come back.
