Correcte mais quelques mauvaises surprises

Le logement est conforme à la description dans l'annonce, la litterie confortable. Il convient parfaitement à in groupe de 8 personnes (4 couples). La communication avec la société qui gère le logement est bonne et la procédure d'arrivée facile. Cependant, nous avons eu quelques mauvaises surprises au niveau de la propreté : - Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé et son leche frite était franchement sale. - Le barbecue était dans un état indescriptible. Visiblement il n'avait jamais été nettoyé ! Sachant que lors de la remise des clés il nous a été rappelé que le barbecue devait être bien nettoyé et ranger après chaque utilisation.... Dans cette location des frais de ménage sont facturés en supplément : 120€ pour soit disant 4h de ménage. Il nous est difficile de ne pas se sentir arnaqué sur ce point étant donné la surface du logement et les problèmes de propriété que nous avons rencontré.
