"La Fayolle-Périgord" is a haven of peace surrounded by nature in the center of a vast wooded and flowered park of more than 4,500 m2, in a quiet area, in the land of Melanosporum, the famous black truffle from Sorges in Périgord.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 to 14 beds, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor of the house and a 4th bedroom in an adjoining building.
The very cozy 230 m2 house will delight you in summer and winter with its 2 wood-burning fireplaces. The living room is equipped with a large convertible sofa.
The main house can accommodate 10 people. Upstairs it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, each with WC (one upstairs and one on the ground floor). A dressing room is common to these 3 bedrooms. There is a children's area on the landing with games and books. The master suite is very spacious (30 m2)
On the ground floor, the large entrance, where you can play table football, opens onto a large dining room (45 m2) and a large living room (33 m2) with fireplace in each room, the living room is equipped with 'a convertible sofa. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room. (classic filter coffee maker and tassimo pod machine)
In a building adjoining the main house is the 4th bedroom which can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom of 29 m2 with bathroom and WC. This room has its own terrace, it is equipped with a large bed and a sofa bed.
Outside there are several shaded or unshaded terraces, a large swimming pool of 10*5 m with its relaxation area (sun loungers, summer lounge, pool house), a large park with trees and flowers of more than 4500 m2 with many fruit trees. Many games are available to travelers: table football, ping-pong, badminton, darts, football, etc.
The villa is in the countryside, on the edge of a very quiet path, 1.5 km from the village and its small shopping center. Village shops: supermarket, bakery, butcher-delicatessen-pharmacy, tobacco bar, newspapers. Without forgetting the excellent Hotel-Restaurant “L’auberge de la Truffe” and the Ecomusée de la Truffle. For lovers of walks there are numerous departure points for hiking trails through the truffle fields.
The household linen supply service (mats, sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath linen) is €10 per person per stay/week. The cleaning fee is €60 per stay. All payable on site upon arrival. These services are not optional.
