Superb property of 2 separated houses, in the city center of Dolus d'Oléron. In a non passing street, close from a small place. Entirely renovated, fully furbished and equipped with taste. The main house, the Swallow, is made of a large and luminous living room with a direct view to the pool, Open kitchen, and under the roof space for children. 4 bedrooms including 2 parental suites, and 1 additionnal bathroom. Seprated WCs. Large and opened, it will be the ideal living space for all your stay. There is an table with extensions available to accomodate for family meals indoor. One TV (in a bedroom) in this place dedicated to sharing moments. In front of it, a second house, the Instant, with 3 bedrooms, including a parental suite, all on the first floor, This house has a TV and will be perfect for grandparents or teens. Independant internet connection in each house. In the middle of it, a heated pool (from May to September), dates may vary according to the outside temperature, and a covered terrasse with a large and comfortable table, and a plancha for outside meals. Please be aware that car park is on the place beside the house or the streets around, there is no private parkign space and, during the summer, the cars cannot stay anytime parked there because the place becomes pedestrian with the daily market and diverse events. Especially in July and August. This is why You cannot arrive or leave on Mondays or Tuesdays at this period. The place is daily pedestrian from 9h am to 15h00. The advantage is that once installed, you have all the commodities at your hands, no need for a car. Cycling paths also a few minutes away. The ideal place to rest, in the heart of a typical Charentais village, Nespresso and filter coffee machines available. Beddings, towels and kitchen linen included. Good plan for bikes on demand. Depending on your booking channel and dates of stay, a tourism tax may be additionally requested to be paid on arrival. Details will be given before
