Calme proche de la plage

Accueil agréable et bienveillant. Jolie maison bien entretenue et confortable avec belle terrasse ensoleillée. Le studio attenant est très sympa.Lieu calme, proche des dunes , pins et grande plage. Tous commerces accessibles à pieds.

Séjour a Saint-Hilaire de Riez

Très bon séjour. Maison très agréable, bien équipée, au calme et très bien située (plage, forêt commerce). Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs si on a une question. Je recommande.

Séjour impeccable

Super séjour, avec un emplacement parfait. Plage à 10min à pieds, restaurant à 5min, tranquillité des alentours. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Le studio est un plus non négligeable.

Sejour de 4 jours en couple

Sejour dans l'ensemble très mitigé, arrive comme prevu avec l'hôte qui nous attendait, hôte sympathique, néanmoins 50 euros de frais de ménage sont prélevés au moment de la réservation hors dès notre arrivée, nous avons due nettoyer et desinfecter toutes les pièces, sans compter les nombreuses toiles d'araignées, la vaisselle n'était pas propre. Dommage que nous ne puissions pas joindre les photos associées.

Saisonniers exigeants, de mauvaise foi et dangereux qui se permettent sans aucune gêne de charger leur voiture electrique sur la maison malgré le risque d'incendie par surchauffe lié à des branchements non adaptés. Et ceux, même si cela est interdit et notifiée lors de l'état des lieux d'entrée. Notre maison remercie grandement ces chaleureux vacanciers d'avoir partager les problèmes rencontrés lors de leur séjour (toile d'araignée derrière la machine à laver, joints dans la douche, consommation anormale d'électricité causant une surtension electrique). Tous ces problèmes ont été rapidement résolu dès leur départ. Nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques sur la proprete de notre maison. A l'avenir, nous invitons ces charmants vacanciers à choisir une résidence classée (5 étoiles) répondant à leur attente. Cordialement.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette propriété dont le descriptif correspond à la réalité. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes. Cette location est bien située proche d'une foret, de la mer et des commerces.
