About this property

OWNER MANAGED You will love the Direct Ocean Views from the kitchen, Living room, balcony and primary bedroom. We have smart Tv's in the living room and both bedrooms so bring your streaming! The Primary bedroom has a king bed with a VIEW OF THE OCEAN and a high end vanity with a raised bowl sink along with a desk for working remotely. The guest bedroom has a bunkbed with a KING bed on the bottom and a a twin on top and twin trundle under the king. The guest bedroom has a balcony that showcases a beautiful sunset. The comfy couch has a queen sleeper. New kitchen granite countertops! The beach is only a 3 min walk with a private beach walkover. The upstairs bathroom is updated with a tub/shower combo. We provide a few beach chairs and an umbrella with beach towels. There is only one parking pass. We do not have a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat on the premises by the pool. We can provide a PACK-N-PLAY UPON REQUEST. There is NOT an elevator.

Ocean View Condo

While the complex was older, this property was very clean and redone within the last few years. The owner, Terri, is amazing and responds to any and all communications within minutes. The beach is just steps away, on the far side of the pool, so a perfect location for families with children, or seniors. The listing did mention there were steps to climb to get to the condo (no elevators) and that was very true. My 74-year-old husband did have trouble carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs, but as I said, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone as it is stated in the listing. Just a couple of suggestions for Terri, but believe me, not complaints. There was no room for groceries in the kitchen cabinets, so we had to leave all of our food on the counters throughout our stay. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked. Also, there are no drawers for clothes in the master bedroom and just one very small closet, although the bedroom was very large. Again, not a complaint, just mentioning for future renters. Expect a 15 to 20 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine. Parking is tough and expensive, so if you don't mind a 10 minute walk, we found a street to park on for free on the other side of the bridge into town. I would definitely recommend this condo for a beach getaway!

Nice little 2 story condo

East check-in and quick responses from owner with questions. Quiet area and pretty beach with private access. Condo is updated and comfortable.

Please be rest assured when you book with me your booking with the actual owner of this condo and as an owner I take my hosting position very seriously! This is my personal property that I have been involved with in all the renovation and decor. I have had independent companies in the past host my condo and I was not happy so I decided to take this on my self and I am so happy I did! I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home. PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!
