Top 3rd floor, end unit (WALK UP) - - NO ELEVATOR/easy walk up.

Great rates, well maintained AND tastefully decorated what more could you ask for. WiFi and 2 flat screen tvs (42 inch LED flat screen TV in living room, smaller flat screen in master bedroom).

Two pools (one heated during winter), FREE TENNIS, shuffle board, and wide sandy beach! Club house with library, computer (DSL) and exercise room. DSL and WIRELESS are available in our condo, (must have your own laptop).

Located in prestigious Ocean Village Club, an oceanfront gated community. Ocean Village Club is located on Anastasia Island in historic Saint Augustine, the nation's oldest city. Ocean Village Club offers the best amenities for year-round fun and relaxation.

Our tasteful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the top-floor of the G building, a third-floor (walk-up) (NO Elevator), end unit ensuring an abundance of light and privacy. The condo overlooks the tennis courts and heated pool. A short walk takes you to the private walkway to the wide sandy beach (no roads to cross). The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, bath towels, beach towels and a fully-accessorized kitchen, including washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Flat Screen TV with cable, its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and sliders to the balcony (over looking tennis courts and heated pool). The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of closet space. There is an additional bathroom just off the second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The dining area includes a table which seats six. Connected to the dining area is the living room completely furnished including sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player, as well as sliders leading to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs perfect for relaxing and taking in a tennis match while sipping a cool beverage.

FREE DSL and WIRELESS are available in our condo, (must have your own laptop).

Your adventures while staying at Ocean Village Club are limitless... you can SUN, SWIM, PLAY TENNIS, FISH, SURF, GOLF, SHOP, visit Disney or other nearby sites, or just RELAX.

SITES - When not relaxing on the beach, you can visit the fabulous historic city of Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the nation, just 15 minutes away. While in Saint Augustine, you can enjoy historic sites, fabulous shops, and fine restaurants. In Saint Augustine you can enjoy the famous Castillo De San Marcos Fort (17th-century fortress), the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, horse-drawn carriage rides, San Sebastian Winery, and so much more.

SPORTS - Besides the FREE on-site amenities (two pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard) you can partake in surfing, fishing, boating, and of course Golf all located close by. Ocean Village Club is centrally located to several fine golf courses including Sawgrass/Ponte Vedra (TPC), and World Golf Village where you can also take in the World Golf Hall of Fame and an I-Max movie.

The owner lives in St. Augustine and is happy to give you tips on restaurants, shopping, golf etc.

50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date

Damage:
Up to $300 will be charged for any damage. Thankfully, we've never had to charge for damage as our guests have always taken good care of our condo.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is so clean and location is perfect. Right next to one of the pools & within a short walking distance to 2nd pool & the beach. The place is quiet, perfect for relaxing time. Kathy ( the owner and manager) was so great to communicate with. I told her we are coming with our 9 year old daughter & she had the best suggestions for us to do. Capybara cafe was a hit, we went there twice. We enjoyed all the restaurants Kathy had listed. We highly recommend this place!

Spacious with great amenities for a family

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet spot within a very quick walk (through the complex grounds) to the beach, but also close enough to make the short drive into St. Augustine. The heated pool was great--very clean, and surprisingly warm despite temps in the 50s for several days of our stay. Kathy was a wonderful host, prompt and communicative. We hope to return someday!

Amazing Stay Just Steps from the Beach!

I had an incredible experience staying at this condo! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The area was peaceful, yet close to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean condo

We were pleased with the condo. It was clean and well stocked. The grounds are kept very nice and two clean pools. Kathy was easy to work with. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a queen bed in 2nd bedroom versus two twin beds.

The host Kathy was terrific. She kept us informed and offered us suggestions on things to do in the area. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location is nice if you want to be close to St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach but not in a crowded area.

Everything you need for a Wonderful Vacation!

My husband & I had a wonderful month staying at this condo - it has everything you need for a great vacation! It's well maintained, clean and very comfortable with a high speed internet connection that allowed us to work remotely. We loved Ocean Village - all the amenities are also well maintained and everyone was very friendly. We liked the location of this condo within the development - a corner unit with an easy walk to the pool or beach. And a good location in St. Augustine in general. We're cyclists and found St. Augustine to be bike friendly - loved riding our bikes on the beach! We hope to stay here again!

Great facility, great host

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in February and had a wonderful time! There are many things to do for free at this complex such as tennis, (we used the tennis court to play pickle ball), shuffle board, swimming, and, of course, the beach. The beach is wide and beautiful. We walked on the beach most every day. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. The best thing about this condo was the host. She was very flexible and accommodating in every way. I could not have asked for a nicer hostess.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s unit! She was so easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out went so smoothly. Her unit is next to the tennis courts, shuffle board, and one of the pools. The beach is a short walk. As for food, it’s right across the road from Connolly’s. If you’re big on breakfast on vacation (especially if you’re Gluten Free!!!) it’s a quick walk from the unit. In fact, our favorite restaurants were all within walking distance. We have an 11 year old and a 9 year old. So having the second bedroom with two twin beds saved us a lot of arguments! The nightlights on top of the dresser were thoughtful and helpful. The master bed was comfortable and it was nice having a bathroom to ourselves in the room. (Side note: if you’re fond of afternoon naps, bring an eye mask since the master bedroom faces west.) There were tennis rackets and bocce balls in the closets - and plenty of beach towels! Even though there were other people there, it was quiet and everyone we met was friendly. All in all, this was a much needed and very relaxing vacation! We’d definitely stay at Kathy’s place again!

This was the cleanest place we have every stayed in and the furnishing were simple and comfortable. The sofas in most places like this are horrible but this one had nice comfortable and clean furniture, it wasn't new but it also wasn't cheap furniture. Sometimes you put socks on to wear around you condo or just go barefooted. We did and to our surprise the socks or our feet did not get dirty, a very pleasant surprise. The only suggestion I will make to the owner is the water pressure in kitchen was very, very low, it was fine in the bathrooms and laundry room but not in the kitchen. We would recommend this condo and we probably will return.

Very clean (if a bit dated), reasonably spacious, well-located apartment in a nice development.

We have visited St. Augustine five or six times in the last decade. We always rent, and we have done so in and around the town--near the city center on South Street, on Crescent Beach, on Vilano Beach, etc. This property combines proximity to the city center and the state park with walkable beach and pool access. The complex is well maintained. Moreover, while the furnishings in apartment were a little out of fashion, the apartment itself was well-appointed and immaculate. Plenty of towels, and pillows and kitchen utensils. And the price was reasonable. We have rented via VRBO many times in the US and abroad, and this property ranks as one of our favorite choices. Kathy, the owner of the property, reached out to us via email early on and made the rental process seamless. We would rent this property again without any hesitation.

We just got back and had a wonderful stay! The condo itself was very clean and quiet, and the grounds were great! It’s nice that you only have one neighbor being an end unit. The kitchen is well stocked—it even had a crockpot which I was not expecting, but used! It also has a nice selection of beach towels and plenty of regular bath towels—there is no need to pack any of your own—save yourself the trouble and space! The bedrooms were both larger than they appear in the photos which was really nice—we usually end up in cramped spaces, but not here. The walk to the beach is very manageable—a short walk through the small parking lot and then onto a sidewalk which leads you directly all the way to the beach. We brought a beach cart which was helpful. There is a rinse off station as you return from the beach to help with excess sand. The owner was very helpful and responsive—we would definitely stay here again, and found the price very good for these accommodations! Thank you Kathy!

Our condo is well maintained and stocked. Since we are private owners, we provide more than required by rental agencies. We also make it easy to book with us! In addition, our condo complex offers many amenities in addition to the beach - tennis, 2 shuffle boards courts, 2 pools and small community gym and club house. We are centrally located to grocery stores, churches, restaurants, bars, and old St. Augustine. You can sit back and relax with a ice cold beverage and take in the Florida weather, watch a game of tennis or walk our beautiful beaches. Ocean Village Club is also a private gated community. The condo association does a great job in maintaining a resort-like feel and providing a clean, quiet, and quaint experience for all ages.
