Schöne, ruhige Lage. Nette und felxible Gastgeber. Das Nötigste ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Schaukel, Rutschen und kleine Katzen auf dem Hof haben die Kinder erfreut.

Tolle Bauernhoferfahrung mit Bergblick

Funktional eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Der Bauernhof mit seinen Kühen war vor allem für die Kinder ein spannendes Extra. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Der Hof liegt ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar gewesen.

wir kommen auch ein 3. mal gerne wieder!

Uns hat es letztes Jahr im Hause der Familie Taxacher so gut gefallen, dass wir dieses Jahr gerne wieder gekommen sind. Auch unseren beiden kleinen Kindern hat es so gut gefallen, dass sie gar nicht wieder nach Hause wollten (vorallem auch wegen der 6 kleinen Katzenbabys auf dem Hof ;) ) Wir kommen nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder, dann auch mal länger als 7 Nächte. Es gibt unendlich viele Kinderfreizeitgestaltungen in der gegend. Ein Paradies für Kinder und Erholung für uns Eltern.

Mooie plek, prachtig uitzicht, ruim en schoon. Uitgebreid keuken assortiment, prima in orde. Helaas velux dakraam op slaapkamer kapot, kan niet op beluchting stand. Douche kop stang hangt los aan 1 schroef. Verder tiptop in orde!

bonne location avec belle vue

Une bonne location de vacances avec une belle vue. L'appartement est situé dans un chalet d'une ferme d'où quelques odeurs d'épandage dans le champ à proximité à notre arrivée et quelques mouches mais nous venons de la campagne donc cela ne nous a pas posé problème. Le chalet n'est pas dans le centre de Fügen mais à une distance à pied très raisonnable et on peut aller à pied faire des courses. Il est facile de se garer devant le chalet. Il est assez bien insonorisé et fonctionnel. Nous n'avons pas eu la sensation d'êtres les uns sur les autres comme dans certains appartements de montagne en France. La cuisine pourrait comporter un peu plus de vaisselle ou d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. Le linge de maison était fourni mais il vaut mieux prévoir un plus dans les bagages car il n'y avait pas de tapis de bain ni de torchon à main. Les velux ont des stores mais ils ne sont pas occultants il faut prévoir des masques de nuit pour ne pas être réveillé trop tôt (nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer avec blocage les velux non plus, il y aurait un problème?...) . Malgré ces quelques détails d'amélioration à apporter peut-être, au final, nous sommes tout de même enchantés de notre séjour.

Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung, einige Grühbirnen waren defekt und der Rost der Matratze lag verdreht. Matratzen alle 4 sehr durchgelegen. Im WC war kein Klopapierhalter vorhanden. Halterung des Duschkopfes war defekt. Schöner Balkon!

Befriedigende Unterkunft

Da die Wohnung neben einem Bauernhof liegt, hat es sehr viele Fliegen. Die Wohnung sälber war nicht besonders sauber. Das Geschirr in der Küche musste vor Gebrauch zuerst abgewaschen werden. Im Badezimmer sind die Fliesen und Fugen in keinem besonders guten Zustand. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind lausig. Lampen im Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht. Die Wohnung sollte grundsätzlich mal renoviert werden. Das Objekt ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Schöne Lage

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, gut geschnittene Wohnung unterm Dach. Nette Vermieter. Schade, dass die Einrichtung schon etwas gelitten hat, einige Lampen gingen nicht, klumpige Federbetten und es fehlen Basics wie ein Toilettenrollenhalter oder ein paar Haken im Bad. Ärgerlich für uns war das fehlende Rolle am Dachfenster im Kinderzimmer wenn es ab 5 hell wird....
