Gute Lage, wenig Qualität

Lage ist prima! Skibus + kleiner Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Ansonsten ist das Appartment sehr einfach. Es gibt auf dem WC kein Waschbecken, der Boden im Flur knartscht, die Ausstattung der Küche ist max. ausreichend (fehlendes Backblech, Geschirr meist angeschlagen), Fenstervorhänge verdunkeln nicht vollständig, da wegen Schimmelbildung Teile der Fenster frei bleiben sollen. Skischuhwärmer ist zwar warm, trocknet die Schuhe aber nicht vollständig über Nacht.

499 Zeichen sind für eine Bewertung zu wenig! Daher in Kürze: - Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig - kein Waschbecken in der Toilette!!! - sechs Mülleimer im Flur, aber keiner für „echten“ Müll - Handtücher rochen muffig - wenig Kochuntensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer) - kein Toaster, kein Backblech, kein Fön - keine Küchenausstattung (Gewürze, Seife, Spülmittel etc.) - keine Reinigungsartikel (Spüli etc.) Gutes: Für Ski-Fahrer eine Top-Lage! Verleih und Busstation in 80m.

Wir haben nicht die gebuchte Wohnung erhalten

Wir haben nicht die gebuchte Wohnung erhalten sondern ein Stock höher. Es war dann eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Unter anderem haben wir den Duschkopf gereinigt, es kam nur aus 6 Düsen Wasser. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir reinigen da die Vormieter diese wohl ohne Filter benutzt haben. Vermieterin war nett und Hilfsbereit.

Verbesserungswürdig

Ein Waschbecken im Bad, eine Klingel mit Türöffner wären super Auch die Anwesenheit der Vermieterin am Anreisetag inkl. Kassierung wäre von Vortel. Diese wusste nicht einmal wieviele Personen anreisen. Auch die sauberkeit bei nkunft war nicht zu 100 % gegeben (Kaffessatz, verschmiertes Geschirr...)

Insgesamt gute Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu eingerichtet und gemütlich, aber farblich etwas bunt. Wer selbst kocht sollte Geschirrtücher und einige Kochutensilien mitbringen. Frau XXX ist sehr nett und nimmt Anregungen und Wünsche entgegen. Den Fitnessraum und das Kinder-Spielzimmer können wir nicht empfehlen, sie liegen in kleinen dunklen Kellerräumen, haben wir nicht genutzt.

Appartement Heidi

Het appartement is netjes. 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek p.p. is wel erg weinig. Verder geen keukenhanddoek, theedoek, dweiltjes, afwasmiddel en borstel. Omdat ik er naar vroeg, kreeg ik meer vaatwasblokjes dan de 2 die aanwezig waren. Dit zijn toch hulpmiddelen die niet mogen ontbreken.
