What a find!A beautifully appointed and equipped apartment with air conditioning and a large courtyard garden situated in a peaceful residential area.It is only a five minute stroll to the harbour and its restaurants or ten minutes to the town centre.Our charming hosts Anne and Jean-Jacques could not have been more helpful.A truly wonderful stay.

Logement conforme à la description, situation idéale, proche du centre thermal et du centre ville. Accueil sympathique par la propriétaire.Le plus par cette periode caniculaire a été la climatisation sans laquelle le séjour est impossible dans la véranda.Un petit regret avec le garage qui n’est pas assez long pour une voiture type SUV, il conviendrait de le preciser dans l’annonce, mais il est possible de se garer devant ce garage sans problème et gratutement.

Bonjour Claude, merci d'avoir apprécié votre long séjour et notre logement à Rochefort ; effectivement la climatisation durant cette période de fortes chaleurs a bien servi ; le petit jardin avec de grands parasols a également contribué à pouvoir apprécier l'extérieur; concernant le garage et sa taille , voici le texte de l'annonce où cela est bien mentionné: "Un garage privé fermé (véhicule < 4,30 m) et une place de parking devant la maison." ; c'est vrai qu'un suv ne pourra pas rentrer mais peut bien être garé devant . Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Anne et Jean-Jacques. L'appartement est agréable, lumineux, et toujours au frais, grâce à la climatisation ! La terrasse clôturée permet de se reposer au calme.Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très bon accueil de la propriétaire. La maison était très bien entretenue avec toutes les commodités et un très joli extérieur pour se détendre. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très beau logement tout équipé pour se reposer. A coté de le gare SNCF. Centre ville et La Charente accessibles à pied. Merci à Anne et jean-Jacques pour leur accueil et bravo pour cet écrin de sérénité.
