For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Längenfeld Abzw Aquadome" 220 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 24.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park 26 km. Wohnung mit Mängeln

Schlafraum: Bodenheizung nicht regulierbar, tagsüber ca. 21°C, nachts bis zu 25°C - effektiv zu warm zum Schlafen Lampen (ausser Deckenleuchte) nur mit langem Kabel quer über den Boden von Küche aus mit Strom zu versorgen Küche/Wohnraum: Fenster zum Parkplatz ohne Gardinen/Jalousien, daher immer auf dem Präsentierteller Mikrowelle: Drehteller bewegt sich nicht, daher für Kochen unbrauchbar Kühlschrank: Abdeckung zu Gefrierfach und Beleuchtung fehlen

Danke für Ihre Nachricht. Die Fußbodenheizung kann reguliert werden. Wir möchten Sie informieren, dass die Mikrowelle überprüft wird. Die Abdeckung sowie das Licht zu dem Gefrierfach wurden repariert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihnen das lokale Team vor Ort gern assistiert.

Points positifs Accueil très agréable. Le sauna et la Hammam, très propre et assez disponible. Les douches froides , le pédiluve et la piscine parfaite. La piscine petite mais accueillante. L'accès au ski bus, rapide et l'accès à la station Sölden bien desservi. Calme. Le parking à proximité. logement très bien chauffé. Points négatifs: Pas de drap du dessus, juste une housse de couette, drap du dessous et taie d'oreiller. des rideaux pas très opaque. La chambre est plus grande que salon, salle à manger et cuisine réuni. L'eau ruisselet le long des carreaux, problème de VMC je pense. Odeur de cigarette.
