An ideal haven for a quiet stay, this house of more than 180 m2 of living space is surrounded by 4 ha of a natural environment of fields, vineyards, olive trees, pines and oaks.
To relax and let your thoughts and views fly away to extensive views of an imposing and magnificent grey limestone cliff of the Madeleine, the village of Gordes in the distance or a protected nature with direct access from the property.

The farmhouse is designed for 12 adults and 2 children spread over two adjoining buildings.
The main house:
- A large living room of 70 m2 with direct access to the terrace and the garden, This room offers a fireplace area with 3 sofas, a relaxation area and office equipped with a sound system, a screen to connect a PC, a Chromecast to watch television and various multimedia sources powered by a fibre connection to the high-speed internet.
A staircase gives access upstairs to a bedroom with a double bed 160.
- The main entrance is via the south terrace distributing on the left the living room, opposite a staircase leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet. And to the right the dining room.
- The dining room has a large table for 12 people with a fireplace equipped with a wood burning insert. Another staircase gives access to the ground floor leading to a bedroom with a double bed 180 and a bathroom with toilet.
The kitchen is an extension of this room.
- The kitchen is equipped with the essential equipment, a laundry room and an independent exit to the outside.
- to the south: a large terrace in the shade of a large plane tree and a chestnut tree, sheltered from the north and west winds, ideal for meals or naps. The views are breathtaking of the cliff, a field of olive trees, vineyards and the surrounding countryside
This terrace guarantees coolness in hot weather.
- to the east: also protected from the Mistral, this space can also be a place to eat sheltered from the bright sun next to a barbecue and a stone well.
- to the west is the recommended entrance to the house (control of the surveillance system) which leads to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet and a heated towel rail.
A shed whose entrance from the outside is reserved for the owners.
A space to hang laundry outside, protected by an old dry stone wall in the style of the country.

Dependence:

Continuing the visit through the south terrace, you reach on the right the entrance to the independent part of the house which can accommodate those looking for a certain independence. There are:
- on the ground floor a bedroom with two single beds with a fireplace and a staircase leading upstairs.
- upstairs a bedroom with a double bed in 160 and another in 140.
The solid larch frame completes the warm atmosphere of this large room.
- an upstairs bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, sink).
- a small attic room for children, it is equipped with 2 single beds for children under 14 years old

The exteriors:

- A private swimming pool with a carved stone curb and a terrace in the shade of a pine tree.
The 10 X 5 pool is protected from view.
Lighting illuminates the pool and the exteriors.
A rigid shutter allows a secure closure to current standards for children under the supervision of parents.
A solarium, with shower, sheltered from the prevailing winds completes this space.

- Garden furniture (deckchairs, deckchairs, parasols, garden tables, armchairs, benches, etc.) is available to tenants.

Weekly maintenance by professionals (filtration, lawn mowing, cleanliness, etc.) is planned.
