Cottages at Eastern Lake is a private, sought after community, conveniently located on the south side of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach. The homes in Cottages at Eastern Lake are reminiscent of the Florida cottage style, full of coastal detail and charm. There is parking for 2 vehicles only. The small, quiet community offers such amenities as an elegant pool lined with palm trees, brick paver streets, and public park access to Eastern Lake just across the street, where one can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding. Cottages at Eastern Lake is within 5 minutes of Seaside, and only 10 minutes from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This well-appointed community is also within walking distance to the beach and fabulous shopping on 30A. Many fantastic restaurants are nearby including Café Thirty-A, Chiringo, and Grayton Seafood.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here. 

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
