About this property
Mountain Cabin in a Perfect Setting w/ Hot Tub, Spacious Deck, Fireplace - Pura Vida
"Pura Vida Lodge" come visit the Good Life in Central Colorado. Private Hot Tub, Log Fireplace, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home, Large Deck, Amazing Kitchen and Dining Area. This home is at the end of a Cul-de-sac and is surrounded by Aspen and Pine woods. Year round there is something for everyone to do without leaving the home. It is also Central to many of the great Colorado activities such as Hiking, Skiing, Rafting and of course relaxing in the Hot Tub after a busy day in the Central Rockies!
From the moment you step onto this private mountain home property, nestled in the Aspen and Pine, you know this is a place to enjoy the good life in the Rockies. The living room has a classic stone fireplace with comfortable seating to sink into and relax after a long day. The ceiling to floor windows bring the outside in and beckon you back out to the large deck. You can always stay inside and cozy up with a warm cup of hot coco or tea. The views of the amazing stars we can see at night are fabulous.
The dining area is right off of the living room and has extra inserts and chairs so that multiple families can eat and visit together. This flows into the amazing kitchen which is perfect for all those chiefs in the group. With stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops there is plenty of space to have more than one person creating those tasty meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans along with everything to serve and cook your meals. Extra seating and plenty of space means that, like at home, congregating in the kitchen is welcomed and highly encouraged!
The back family room has a gas fireplace and large flat screen television. There is Direct TV for programing and with this extra room, those who want to disconnect can do so. Just off the Family room, there is a back deck that leads to the Hot Tub. You can also access the back of the property where you can enjoy a short walk through the Aspens.
There is a bunk bed room that has 2 sets of bunk beds with room to relax and play in between. Great place for the kids to tell stories and create memories....even for those who are just "kids at heart".
The Queen log furniture in this room has a comfortable sleeping mattress and plenty of lights for reading, while relaxing at the end of the day. This room is also next to the bathroom with the striking blue tile. There is a shower/tub combination and plenty of counter space. This is a great place to change, rinse and head out to the Hot Tub.
Upstairs is the Master Suite. The log furniture is quintessential Colorado furnishing. The King bed is nestled in the Alcove. There is a seating area to read, relax or stare out the large windows across the loft at the view. The newly remodeled Master has in-floor heat, large luxurious steam shower, private toilet area and a large double vanity. Both guests staying in the master can get ready for the day of adventure with the double sinks. The washer and dryer are located next to the master and separated in their own closet.
On the large front deck, there is room for dining at the log picnic table or for enjoying a morning coffee coffee or evening drink. There is a log seating area. Your Chef can create those great outdoor meals on the large grill located by the kitchen door.
Off of the Family Room, you can go out to enjoy the Hot Tub that is privately located in the woods surrounding the home.
Whether Summer or Winter, you can take short hikes on the property and be in the woods within seconds to enjoy the great Mountain Views. This home is located not far off of Highway 09. It is just a short drive to go skiing, hiking, fishing, or take part in any of the many activities that we offer here in Colorado!
