We welcome you to our townhouse, “Kaz Loukina,” part of the Le Perchoir residence, located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, just 50 metres from Roches Noires Beach. Perfect for a beach holiday, it can accommodate 6 people.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

On the ground floor:

✅ a living area with 2 single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, and internet access
✅ a fully equipped separate kitchen with all dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and washing machine.
✅ a functional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A hair dryer is available for your use.
✅ At the back of the house, a lovely covered wooden patio, set up for dining, with a plancha available.
