The house was perfect for our extended family vacation - myself, my 4 adult children & their spouses, and some of their children. All of us long time south RI shore visitors but first time in Bonnet Shores & we really enjoyed it. Great proximity to beaches, restaurants, fishing, shops, etc. The host, check in, house features & facilities were all very pleasant and met or exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a similar family getaway!
The property is pretty banged up inside and the floors need to be cleaned better. It’s great for a family who probably would bang up a property. Air conditioning was great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
We had a wonderful stay, property was exactly as pictured. The host supplies with a very well thought out and organized PDF that has everything you need for the location. Our family stayed for Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding and everyone was VERY happy with the house :-)
My family totally enjoyed this roomy, clean and accommodating home. Gregg was always available if we needed anything. The home is very close to a private beach which our whole family visited daily and was perfect for our large family!! Definitely recommend 👌
It was a great stay! everything was super clean! the only small issue was that in the evenings there are some bugs that present themselves in the home. moths and crickets. outside of that though, the house is great! would stay again

Hi Bhav!
I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Some people like the country feel of the chirping crickets and moths attracted to lights, but understandably is not everyone's cup of tea. I am glad everything else was great and we hope to see you again. Thanks, Gregg
The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. Extremely relaxing if that is what you are looking for. The only thing I would say is that the Kelly Beach experience is a little hard since there is no parking. Narragansett Town Beach is also a little tough to get to as the parking is only for residents. Scarborough Beach was beautiful and has easy access for parking. The beach is very clean and plenty of room. Overall experience was wonderful.
The house and the location was exceptional! My family and I had a wonderful time during our weeklong stay, even though it rained every single day. We definitely got what we paid for and were very satisfied with all of the extras that were available to us for entertainment. I would not hesitate to rent this house again assuming nothing has changed; and I would definitely recommend to others. Our only gripe is that there are no public rest rooms on Kelly Beach and no public parking either, so we decided not to spend a whole lot of time on that beach. My sister was pregnant during the stay and so it was just a logistical thing for us that we did not want to deal with. However, the overall experience was great, Gregg (the owner) was phenomenal, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. - Still a five star review.

Some disappointments
refrigerator was not set properly and our fruit and vegetables were ruined. We also had a clogged kitchen drain for three days and although we notified Greg, nothing was done.

Wow! This is most unfortunate. I am not sure what contact number Guy reached out to, but I was never made aware of any issue while they were staying there. We are a super host and have over (150) 5 star reviews and never has anyone mentioned that we have not responded for 3 days!
After Guy departed, when the next guest arrived, they found the sink clogged and we were surprised no one had mentioned anything to us. We rectified the problem immediately! This is now the first time I am hearing about any issue with a refrigerator, but now that we are aware we will surely address. I am very sorry about Guy's experience, but if we had been contacted, we surely would have fixed any issues. Gregg
We just came home from a two week vacation to Narragansett and stayed at this property. We had a great vacation. Here is our review.
Positives:
-number of bedrooms for our party (6 bedrooms - each with full beds)
-number of bathrooms (3 full baths)
-SIX PASSES TO NARRAGANSETT TOWN BEACH (4.12 miles from house) - for two weeks of visiting the beach this was a tremendous savings as our group visited NTB seven times during our vacation - (NTB charges for parking and for admission.)
-location to Kelly Beach (1.5 miles - need to walk or bike - cannot park there)
-pet friendly - didn't want to be away from our fur-baby for that long!
-beach and summer decor in home
-neutral colors and decorations
-location to Coffee and Bagel Connection - fresh bagels, donuts, and pasteries at this small business - exponentially better than Dunkin!
To Keep in Mind:
-Advertised as part of Bonnet Shores - but as I mentioned, you have to bike or walk to Kelly Beach. It's 1.5 miles from the house, and there is no parking.
-The street the house is on doesn't really have a "beach" vibe despite being a part of "Bonnet Shores".

Hi Patti!
I am happy to hear you had a great vacation.
Yes, this property is a little off the beaten path of Scarborough and Narragansett Town Beach crowds as it is 4 miles from Narragansett Town Beach, as we mention in the description.
The solitude and serenity of Kelly Beach is offset by the fact there is no public parking, however, it is only accessible to "Bonnet Shore" residents and their renters or guests. As mentioned in our description it is 1.5 miles from the property and most people drop of their family (s) and either take the trolley (on weekends) or bike down, or some even walk the 1.5 miles.
The property is in a neighborhood setting and while some people like the hustle and bustle of beachgoers surrounding them, the relaxation of a quiet street with minimal traffic is attractive to others.
We do have multiple properties in different settings in and around Narragansett so we hope you will come back and find the perfect house for you.
Thanks, Gregg
Gregg was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. He allowed us to bring our well-behaved dog, which we appreciated, and it was a relatively easy house to stay in with a young toddler. Gregg provided many amenities to borrow for time at the beach, which was very helpful. We had 5 people staying in the home and it was reasonably comfortable space-wise, but if filling out the bedrooms, you will find it cramped in the common areas. We spent most of our time outside of the house at the beach, etc., so the space wasn't much of an issue. At least with all of our stuff, walking to the beach was not realistic from this location - we drove to both Kelly Beach and Bonnet Beach. While on a relatively quiet street during August, it seems the home is used for college rentals during the school year, because it's seen a bit of wear and tear. The cleaners didn't do their best work before we arrived (bring socks/slippers), but nothing enough to complain about. The linens & pillows were not the most comfortable, but understand the need for a linen service for a frequently flipped rental property. We had issues with the wifi & therefore TVs the day we arrived, but we resolved them by the second day. Overall, compared to other places we have stayed in the summer in Bonnet, again an area known for college rentals, this was one of the nicer properties.
The property was exquisite and maintained just as well. Neighborhood was lovely, my daughter got married on the private beach, picture perfect host was amazing could not ask for anything more!
My family had a wonderful time at this property. We stay in a different home every Summer. This home was top notch. Property had everything for our beach days, as well as everything you need for relaxing BBQ evenings. I would recommend this home!
We had an excellent stay at this home. Gregg and his team has just finished up renovations and the house is gorgeous. We had 4 generations in the house and we all had plenty of space to spread out. It was 3 families, plus a grandmother and a mom. Kids ranged from 6 months to 15 years.
The multiple TVs allowed everyone to watch their shows or play video games. The beds were comfortable. There is no way to avoid stairs in the home, so if you have someone with mobility challenges, that may be an issue.
Kelly beach is gorgeous and once you figure out how you want to shuttle everyone, it’s super easy.
