We warmly welcome you to our beautiful Seaside Villa Labelle. Located directly on one of Cape Coral's numerous canals and equipped with its own pool, this vacation home invites you to linger.

The south-facing pool area offers you sun almost all day long and is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The pool can be heated electrically on request. There is also a Weber gas barbecue. Perfect for enjoying the sunset with friends and family over good food and a glass of wine.

The living, dining and kitchen area of the house is fully and modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils. This includes a filter coffee machine and a side-by-side fridge with water and ice cube dispenser. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch and a Smart TV through a Roku TV Stick. Enjoy various streaming services (NETFLIX, Disney Plus, etc.) and TV channels. Adjacent to the living room is a workstation with desk, office chair and two comfortable lounge chairs.

The master bedroom incl. king-size bed with direct access to the pool area and directly connected bathroom also has a Smart TV with a Roku TV stick. Here you can also enjoy various streaming services (NETFLIX, Disney Plus, etc.) and TV channels. The master bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, bathtub and a washbasin.

The first guest room incl. Kinsize bed also has a Smart TV with a Roku TV stick. Here you can also enjoy various streaming services (NETFLIX, Disney Plus, etc.) and TV channels.

The second guest room with queen bed has no TV. The guest bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin is shared by the two guest rooms.

There is also a boat deck and a boat lift if you are considering renting a boat for the duration of your vacation. Both can be used free of charge. The connected canal takes you directly into the Gulf of Mexico.

You can explore the area around the house not only by boat, but also with the bicycles or kayaks available in the house. If you are planning a trip to the beach, there are two beach chairs, two parasols and three folding deckchairs available.

Shopping facilities and restaurants are within easy reach of the villa. There are also several golf courses in Cape Coral, which you can visit with the in-house golf packs.
