Dream villa, south facing on the canal, boat dock, XXL terrace with pool, quiet and central

In the meantime, we have already made 2019 and other embellishments and additions. There are new couches on the boat dock, one bedroom has been equipped with a new converter and accessories. We also bought little things for the kitchen.
In 2016 the pool was renewed from the inside and the water now reflects the sun rays even more beautifully. There is also a Nespresso machine with the associated milk frother, so that no one has to do without his beloved Nespresso coffee. Tip: It's best to bring the capsules with you!
A new large gas grill has been on the terrace since 2017 and makes the hearts of grill lovers beat faster.

A long time ago, after spending 14 wonderful, relaxed and relaxing days in our house and enjoying our 'time out' from the hectic pace of everyday life, the decision was made to name our 'Villa Cape' in 'Villa Timeout' to change. After all, our 'timeout' is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and the vacation and to take your personal 'time out'.
Long before we bought our Villa Timeout, we were already enthusiastic vacationers in Florida and always rented different houses. We have learned a lot from this and are delighted that with our Villa Timeout we have everything that was important to us in order to feel really comfortable, such as u. a. found a pool with a large south-facing terrace, two separate entrances from the house to the pool area and a quiet yet central location.
Our Villa Timeout was built in 2001 and taken over by us in 2010. As a result, the house was partially repainted and individual rooms newly furnished. The complete dishes, pots, glasses etc. as well as bed linen and towels have been newly purchased.
In 2012 we had the carpeting removed and replaced with light tiles. That is why the master bedroom has been repainted and, like Bedroom 2, has been given new equipment.
In spring 2014 we expanded our large pool area even further, so that we now have a lot of space on both sides.
Due to the large window fronts, our house is very bright and you have a great view of the outside area and the canal. From the entrance area you get into the open living / dining area. The kitchen has a counter with bar stools where you can prepare meals or enjoy a drink together. The spacious pool area, the terrace is facing south, not only invites you to sunbathe, but also to barbecue. The electrically heated pool guarantees year-round bathing fun. The house is suitable for all age groups due to the ground-level development. Its excellent quiet yet central location is the ideal starting point for your activities: fishing, shopping, beach, boat, golf ...
