Dream villa, south facing on the canal, boat dock, XXL terrace with pool, quiet and central

In the meantime, we have already made 2019 and other embellishments and additions. There are new couches on the boat dock, one bedroom has been equipped with a new converter and accessories. We also bought little things for the kitchen.
In 2016 the pool was renewed from the inside and the water now reflects the sun rays even more beautifully. There is also a Nespresso machine with the associated milk frother, so that no one has to do without his beloved Nespresso coffee. Tip: It's best to bring the capsules with you!
A new large gas grill has been on the terrace since 2017 and makes the hearts of grill lovers beat faster.

A long time ago, after spending 14 wonderful, relaxed and relaxing days in our house and enjoying our 'time out' from the hectic pace of everyday life, the decision was made to name our 'Villa Cape' in 'Villa Timeout' to change. After all, our 'timeout' is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and the vacation and to take your personal 'time out'.
Long before we bought our Villa Timeout, we were already enthusiastic vacationers in Florida and always rented different houses. We have learned a lot from this and are delighted that with our Villa Timeout we have everything that was important to us in order to feel really comfortable, such as u. a. found a pool with a large south-facing terrace, two separate entrances from the house to the pool area and a quiet yet central location.
Our Villa Timeout was built in 2001 and taken over by us in 2010. As a result, the house was partially repainted and individual rooms newly furnished. The complete dishes, pots, glasses etc. as well as bed linen and towels have been newly purchased.
In 2012 we had the carpeting removed and replaced with light tiles. That is why the master bedroom has been repainted and, like Bedroom 2, has been given new equipment.
In spring 2014 we expanded our large pool area even further, so that we now have a lot of space on both sides.
Due to the large window fronts, our house is very bright and you have a great view of the outside area and the canal. From the entrance area you get into the open living / dining area. The kitchen has a counter with bar stools where you can prepare meals or enjoy a drink together. The spacious pool area, the terrace is facing south, not only invites you to sunbathe, but also to barbecue. The electrically heated pool guarantees year-round bathing fun. The house is suitable for all age groups due to the ground-level development. Its excellent quiet yet central location is the ideal starting point for your activities: fishing, shopping, beach, boat, golf ...

This house has everything you need for a perfect Florida getaway !

This property has everything you can think of for a perfect vacation! Centrally located and the owners have thought of everything to help you get acquainted with the home. It is very reasonably priced. Beach chairs, bikes, fishing rods, crab trap fully stocked kitchen you name it - its there. All COVID precautions have been taken. We will be back. Thank you.

Gorgeous place

We have stayed in several places in Florida on VRBO. This is one of the nicest. The house has a great layout- master bedroom suite is on one whole side of the house and kids bedrooms are on the other side. Stocked with plenty of supplies- dishes, pots/pans, utensils in kitchen. The garage had cooler, chairs, fishing poles. We had to use the first aid kit and they had 2, which isn't often supplied other places. The pool area is big and nice to hang out in. The deck is good size and we did plenty of fishing. We caught some turtles (unintentionally) and cat fish. We even saw a mantee swim by couple times. I would highly recommend this place.

villa timeout

very nice property, mostly what was on VRBO site was very accurate. Only thing that wasn’t stated was a $50 charge for using grill if not cleaned. Found this out in rental agreement after we used twice. I cleaned it like i’d do mine at home. A lot of extra stuff in garage like fishing poles, and extra pool accessories. Had a strong storm 1 night ripped Lanias screens up, and within 12 hrs they were fixed. Top notch rental would stay again if the opportunity arises. Even had to stay another 22 hrs as flight was cancelled, and property manager worked with us. I’d give it 5 stars

Perfect vacation home

This home on Cape Coral is the best we've found in 12 years of renting in this area. We rented for 29 nights including Christmas and New Year 2024.The whole property is well maintained and immaculately clean. It's also very well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware etc. The master bedroom and ensuite are both very large and the bed is very comfortable. The walk in wardrobe is also spacious.The great room has a lovely high ceiling and the leather sofas are fantastic, with adjustable headrests and footrests.The pool is a good size and with the pool heating on it reached a very comfortable temperature helped by the pool cover which we used every night. The outside seating and sunbeds are in great condition and comfortable to use all day with plenty of towels provided. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood but really close to Del Prado for easy access to shops and restaurants. The property management are easy to deal with and available to help out but we had no problems during our stay. The property owners are exceptionally great to deal with. Martina communicated updates for the area, including confirmation that the recent hurricane caused no damage to the property which was a relief for us to hear.We would recommend this home to anyone staying in Cape Coral and we hope to be able to return soon.

We love Cape Coral!

We have been coming to Cape Coral for years and love it and the weather especially at Christmas! There was a little cold spell that happened right before and the day we arrived so the pool was rather chilly. We used the pool heater for a couple days, which worked well to heat it back up (along with the solar cover) the only major issue we had with the house was the washer and dryer. We had to dry any load 2-3 times to get it dry. Then, that ended up costing us on the allotted electric bill. So beware of that. Hopefully it gets fixed for the next guest. We had a great time fishing off the docks. The boys caught sting rays, catfish and mayan cichlads. The house had everything we needed and stores are very close! We took a charter one day with Spangler Adventures and we caught enough fish for a dinner for 4 and then we caught about 15 sharks! The boys had a blast and the girls loved watching. The fireworks for New Years viewed from the backyard were amazing. We had a great time.

This vacation was mainly for our son and his buddy to enjoy the week fishing in the canals! They had a blast! The home was perfect! Very clean and welcoming! Loved that the lights were on since we arrived so late. Felt like home! Very clean and everything you could possibly need to cook. Enjoyed Cork Soakers for breakfast, Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill for lunch and great music, Iguana Mia’s for Mexican, & Paradise Pizza was fabulous! Martina & Brigette were excellent to work with! Immer wieder traumhaft!

Zum wiederholten Male hatten meine Freundin und ich das Glück in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin vor Reiseantritt war herzlich und hilfreich. Angekommen in Florida erwartet uns wieder ein sehr sauberes und super ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Von der Nespresso-Maschine über separate Handtücher für Pool und Strand (Handtücher im Bad sind selbstverständlich auch vorhanden) bis hin zu Fortbewegungsmöglichkeiten wie Fahrräder oder ein Skateboard war alles vorhanden! Der große Außenbereich um den Pool herum sowie das Bootsdeck laden zu entspannten Stunden ein. Auch dieses Mal konnten wir wieder Seekühe vorbeischwimmen sehen! Die Lage in der Nähe des Del Prado Blvd ist optimal, da so bspw ein Einkauf bei Walmart schnell erledigt werden kann und sich auch diverse Restaurants direkt in der Nähe befinden. Es war bestimmt nicht unsere letzte Reise in diese Traumvilla. Wir können es jedem nur empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie (4 Omas und Opas, 2 Eltern und 2 Kinder (11&13 J.)) unsere Weihnachtstage in dieser sehr schön eingerichteten, sauberen und ruhig gelegenen Villa mit tollem Pool und direktem Zugang zum Kanal über einen breiten Bootssteg. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war herzlich und zuvorkommend, die Verwaltung vor Ort war auch sehr gut. Die vielen guten Tipps vorab mündlich und schriftlich halfen, uns noch schneller in diesem schönen Haus und in der Umgebung wohl zu fühlen; unsere Kinder schwärmen jetzt noch von den Filetsteaks vom Kubaner. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet: jegliche Küchen- und Waschgeräte, Grill, Kühltasche, Pool- und Beachtowels, Schwimmnudeln, Wasserspritzen, Wasserbälle, Angeln, Räder, etc. ; wir konnten sogar einen festlichen Weihnachtsbaum mit Schmuck und Beleuchtung aufstellen. Die Weihnachtsmesse verbrachten wir in St Andrews in Cape Coral, wo wir herzlich empfangen wurden. Unsere Ferientage waren ausgefüllt (Everglades, Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, Corkscrew Swamp, Manatee Park in Fort Myers, Naples, Cape Canaveral) und viel zu schnell um. Wir würden dieses tolle Haus im traumhaften Florida immer wieder buchen.

Holiday Heaven

My wife and I have just finished a wonderful 14 night stay in fabulous Villa Timeout and did not want to leave. This villa has everything you need to make a great holiday. Immaculately clean, tastefully furnished throughout and a very comfortable master bedroom with very comfy king-size bed. It was only the two of us on this visit but this home has everything a family could need including chairs, umbrellas & cool boxes for visits to the beach. The pool was wonderful with attractive view of pool area and canal which is visible immediately on entering the front door. Lovely tranquil setting for those chill out nights after hot days at the beach. Another great asset is the quiet street location (loved the very cute neighbours in the burrowing owls) and yet very central for all amenities & highways. The villa owners Martina & Jorge along with their Villa manager Brigitte were on the case very promptly when we had an initial problem with the Aircon. The problem was sorted as soon as was possible and follow up calls were made from each to ensure we were comfortable and happy & were enjoying our stay. Very happy to recommend this holiday home, the owners & villa management. Thank you Paul & Clare Young Bonnie Scotland 😁

Traumhafte 7 Wochen

Zum 2. Mal haben wir Weihnachten und Sylvester in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Im Dezember verbrachten wir jeden Abend bei super Temperaturen am Pool, auf dem Dock und auf der Terrasse. Im Januar waren wir fast jeden Tag auf einem Golfplatz, anschließend in einer Tikibar am Meer. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Shopping malls und Restaurants. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist prima und die Manager wickeln alles sehr professionell ab. Alles andere ist wie in unserer 1. Bewertung. Wir kommen natürlich wieder und können diese Villa nur jedem empfehlen, der ein bißchen Luxus in einer total relaxten Athmosphäre genießen will.
