Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all used bath towels and pool towels and place them in the hamper in the garage, next to the washer & dryer.
Discard of used food and drinks in the refrigerator and within the house.
Gather all trash, place in bags inside the cans that are located at the side of house.
Pull all trash and recycling cans at the end of the drive on Sunday night, and/or on last night at the property.
Wash any dirty dishes. Place dishwasher safe dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
We first visited Cape Coral Florida in 2018, where we fell in love with the beaches and the shelling that it has to offer. We have three boys and they instantly fell in love with the areas amazing shelling at Sanibel and Captiva Islands. They also really enjoy when we drive north to Venice Beach, where they search the sand for shark teeth! We knew from the first vacation here that we wanted to own a property to come back to someday. Cape Coral is such an amazing place!

The drive in to this property is nothing short of absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and quick access to The Westin, Publix, and some of the most amazing Restaurants in Cape! Our home is a single level home that offers a thoughtful design of a simple pool home, making this property practical and comfortable for a relaxing and memorable stay. We skipped no details, from the paint colors to the luxurious linens. We hope our home leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.
