Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Worked great for us!

This was the perfect house for a quick weekend getaway! We loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house was a 10-15 minute drive to most of our destinations, but easy to get to restaurants, shops, and day trips to Sanibel Island. The host was very attentive to messages, and check in and check out were very easy. No clean up required! A lot of value in this house!

Truly Paradise!!

What an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and check in was a breeze. Great outdoor/pool area. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

short getaway to warm weather

Peter is an excellent host! He answered questions promptly and courteously. The house was clean and and comfortable. Everything in working order. The pool and hot tub were quite nice as was the surrounding grounds and enclosure. Pool and hot tub very clean and in good order. The home is in a neighborhood but was quiet and without disruptions. Shopping and activities were within half hour driving distance; some closer. Perfect spot for relaxation and holiday!
