Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

I was happy with every aspect of the stay and place. I felt as if it were my home, but with and upgrade in privacy and peace of mind. Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance.

Our 2nd time staying at this wonderful house. As good as we remembered. Wonderful, large heated pool and hot tub. Awesome covered pool deck with large TV. The house has so much space with a huge living room, front room with air hockey table, bar, and a extra large kitchen table. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants. We took the easy 25 to 30 min drive to Fort Myers and Sanibe also.

Would absolutely rebook! From the excellent communication to the coziness of the home to the great and private outdoor area, this renal was great. Everything was very clean, the AC worked wonderfully, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard has a fire pit and chairs, as well as a decent open grass area too. Felt very comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.
