The home was clean & inviting. Please consider upgrading the grill to something not rusted snd unusable. Upgrading the grill and including grilling utensils would enhance the outdoor living experience. Thank you for your hospitality! We would happily stay here again.

We had a great time! The house is spacious, clean and close to food, shops and the beach. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table, pool and spa. We would definitely recommend this host and house!

Excellent place to stay. The house was wonderful and the pool was fantastic. One key aspect is the privacy the property provides is unmatched for the neighborhood. You truly feel like this is your own oasis on a hot summer day. The only issue we had was some of the bedsheets had significant animal hair in it and did not seem properly cleaned. I however have sympathy for property owners with contracted cleaning crews, and sometimes they just don't deliver. What truly matters was how well the owner responded to our needs when it was brought up.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! We give it a 10/10! Very clean, property manager had excellent communication with us! It is very nicely decorated and very comfortable for your stay! The pool as hot tub are wonderful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a great place to stay and at an affordable price I would highly recommend booking here!

I was happy with every aspect of the stay and place. I felt as if it were my home, but with and upgrade in privacy and peace of mind. The host was very quick to respond to any of my concerns, and the heated pool and spa were excellent. Just 3 minutes from everything, yet tucked out of sight and peacefull. Host was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet but easy access to main roads to get anywhere. The pool, hot tub, and air hockey table were a huge hit with the kids. The place had all the amenities of home.

Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance.

My friends & I had an amazing long weekend!Our host, Pete was quick to reply and accommodated our early arrival. The home was clean, private, in a safe neighborhood and a great location for us to easily get to a lot of fun adventures! We enjoyed the hot tub while the sun was setting each night!

Very nice home and clean. Great location and neighborhood walking your dog. Pet friendly parks and resturants near by. Heated pool and hot tub were wunderful. Outdoor tv has great sound if you like music in pool area. Beds very comfortable. Walk in closets and large pantry in kitchen nice for longer stays.
