Come experience this private tropical paradise as you relax by the pool with your favorite cold beverage. This beautiful home-away-from-home is located in a great neighborhood close to everything. Professionally and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail throughout. Fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Split floor plan with primary bedroom and full bath on one side; two bedrooms and another full bath on the other side. Ceiling fans in every room. A beautiful tropical garden provides privacy for the electric heated pool and lanai with southern exposure. Screened lanai has ample patio furniture for poolside meals and relaxation. Pool and yard are maintained weekly by professionals. Beaches and other attractions are just minutes away. (NOTE: The owner keeps one vehicle stored in the two car garage. We are not responsible for left behind items.)

We had such an enjoyable stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had all of the amenities of home. The pool and patio were perfect. We also found that the location was excellent. We hope to book this property on another visit to Cape Coral.

Great spot

In the middle of all the places you want to go. Exactly as described. Close to Target and good places to eat. Bonus amenities, beach chairs, umbrella,cooler fishing poles. Top notch host.

Very relaxing!

Basically spent Labor Day weekend lounging by the pool, enjoying take out and resting up. Communication with the owner was quick and easy! Very neat and tidy place with bedrooms for each kid and plenty of space to spread out and relax, definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great (Sorta) hidden little gem.

Can't say enough good things.House was immaculate, complete, refreshed and convenient.We had a bit of bad luck with the weather being pretty chilly (for FL), but house was very comfortable.Pool was cool (temp), but as everything else, super clean and fun.House decor is light and fun, it's located close enough to get to stuff quickly, but far enough out that any hustle, bustle is left behind.Finally, hosts were great and available for any questions.Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Squeaky clean house, perfectly appointed & well eauipped

We were extremely impressed with this lovely house in Cape Coral. It was equipped with everything that one could ask for - plus, my idea of a perfect backyard, filled with a sparkling pool! Completely enclosed, with chaises and a lovely Al fresco dining area. A short drive on the beautiful causeway and bridge put on beautiful Sanibel & Captiva, we explored to our hearts’ content, then returned home for a swim and a great night’s sleep. We’re so happy we chose this listing.!

Absolute perfection - Cathy

It was a wonderful experience. The beds couldn't have been more comfortable and I'm now shopping for a memory foam mattress. The pool was wonderful; it was well kept and the lanai was very relaxing. The kitchen was wonderful and everything was so handy. It was also very nice to receive a call from Tom to see if we had made it and if everything was okay. Thank you so much. We loved it.

Fantastic

Tom and Cindy did a fantastic job. We loved it so much, we first wanted to buy it. Tom is not selling. The experience at Tom’s place convinced us that we want to move to Cape Coral. We were there 2 months and it was the best rental we have ever done! Once we buy our new home in Cape Coral I am definitely going to look Tom and Cindy up and have a drink with them. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

Very nice Experience

The first thing we noticed was how clean the house was. Nothing can ruin a trip faster than arriving at a lodging that is dirty or gross. We stayed with our kids who each had a room, the master suite was on the other side of the house which worked out perfect. The house was tastefully decorated and had a nice vacation feel to it. All the mattresses had memory foam tops which were very comfy. The pool was very nice and was bigger than it looks in the pics and was about 6.5 or 7 foot deep. The manager/owner touched base with us by phone before arrival and again when we left just to make sure things went well. Great place, Great location, Great vacation! We would highly recommend.

Our stay was AMAZING! Many "convenience locations" were close so it was a short drive to Publix, liquor store, restaurants, etc. I loved that the TV was in guest mode so I could "log on" to all my streaming networks that re-set when I left. We talked with Tom for a bit on the first night of our visit and he was so helpful in recommendations for the area. We will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING and I will be offering "stays" to my friends/family as presents, where I pay for their stay to be here. I "100% recommend" this location for anyone's visit.

Nice Stay

The house was clean and in a good location. We appreciated the host allowing us to check in a little early. The house met out needs for our week stay. The pool was nicely heated. The outside area was nice, but could use some additional lighting for use later in the evening.
