Built on 2 home sites, enjoy the space and privacy

Our vacation home is located at a 200 feet wide Gulf access canal with Southern exposure in desired SW Cape Coral. It provides two Queen size beds in the spacious master suite. The two other bed rooms with two Twin beds each are sharing one full bathroom located between these bed rooms.
There is a beautiful, solar heated pool in a tropical landscaped garden, so it becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and you will not see a high electric bill for heating the pool.
There is an allowance of $42.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Rate is for occupancy of 4, each additional person is $20.00 per night.
For extended stays of at least 4 weeks 15% discount, 8+ weeks 20%.

There is a pool billiard table in the great room providing a great view over the pool area to the wide canal.

Palm Tree Paradise

Perfect location. The house was immaculate and comfortable. We wish the dock had been usable but we understand the ongoing struggle of repairing homes in Cape Coral. Very close to everything. Thank you so much!

Family Trip

Overall, the property was great. Nice location, pool was great. It would've been perfect except for the mattresses. The beds were extremely firm. We like pretty firm mattresses, but these were too firm even for us. We ended up trying the twin beds due to how firm the master beds were, and they were a bit better. Wouldn't have been too bad for a shorter stay, but we stayed a week. The kids didn't seem to have any issues but the adults did. Would stay again, for a shorter trip.

Rude Owner

The pool was dirty, the bikes had flat tires, and all the pool ques were broke. He said we could bring dog then tried to charge for it. We worked with him on everything he asked with his broken garage door so he could get it fixed while we were there. He left us a very rude comment in the message section about not putting the pool furniture back! We will never rent from him again and his actions/comments reflect very poorly on VRBO!! We have used VRBO multiple times and have never had such a bad experience!!!

Paradiesisches Ferienhaus in Cape Coral: Entspannung pur auf der überdachten Terrasse am Pool

Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Urlaub eine wunderbare Erfahrung, und dieses Haus hat zweifellos dazu beigetragen, dass es unvergesslich wurde. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die großartige überdachte Terrasse hervorheben. Es war ein wahrer Genuss, dort zu sitzen und die warmen Floridatage zu genießen, geschützt vor der Sonne, aber dennoch im Freien. Die Terrasse bot einen perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Abende mit Familie und Freunden. Der saubere Pool war zweifellos das Highlight für unsere Kinder (und ehrlich gesagt auch für uns Erwachsene). Es war so erfrischend, sich an einem heißen Tag in das klare Wasser zu stürzen und sich zu entspannen. Und dann war da noch der Steg, ein echtes Juwel dieses Anwesens. Die Kinder hatten eine großartige Zeit beim Angeln dort, und wir alle genossen es, den Tag mit einem Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Nachbarschaft zu beenden. Die Aussicht von der Terasse aus war einfach atemberaubend und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Cape Coral einfach fantastisch war. Die tolle Villa, der saubere Pool und die nutzbare Garage haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

My two kids(7 and 3), wife and I had a blast in the enclosed backyard pool on spring break. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close resturants. There are a lot of glass items in the house, you may need to be careful about them if you have young children. Overall it was a good time.

Die Villa hat eine sehr guten Lage, direkt an einem Golfzugangskanal. Die Villa wird von einem äußerst zuvorkommenden Verwalter betreut, der für alle Fragen offen ist und immer eine Lösung bereit hat.

This is a nice home, great location, double lot with plenty of privacy and amenities . Cons: Home needs a thorough cleaning , air conditioning is pre-set at 74 (seemed stuffy and can not be changed even if you pay more for the electricity) , a communication book with house instructions .

The property was nice but needed a better cleaning. The pool table is very small, not normal size.

It was a good over all experience. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. The pool table was a disappointment, very small. The house was in need of a good cleaning. I walked around barefoot the first night we got there and my feet were black. We had to sweep the pool deck too because there was food all over it when we got there. It was a decent place to stay though.
