Luxurious, newly remodeled, mountain-modern, West Vail townhome. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone has ample space to enjoy this professionally designed home. Home includes a Peloton bike.

All living areas are open concept; the kitchen is well outfitted for cooking, and equipped with all-new stainless steel, professional-grade, Thermador appliances. The home has direct outdoor access which backs to open space and has a private outdoor grill and dining area. The indoor dining room comfortably seats 8.

The living room is complete with a wet bar, wine fridge, and 6'-0" wide linear gas fireplace, home entertainment system incl. Samsung 55" flatscreen w/ Sonos Bar + Sub, and comfortable seating for guests on large, down-filled sectional, ottoman, and recliners. The living room features a 12'-0" sliding glass wall, which opens to the balcony with views of Vail Valley. The radiant floor heating system is controlled via Nest thermostats, with individual heat controls for all bedrooms. High-speed wifi as well as a full cable package, Netflix & Hulu for all TVs.

All Bedrooms feature premium thread count, 100% Egyptian cotton sheeting, down comforters, and pillows.

Master - King Bed, Casper memory foam mattress, double vanity with steam shower. 50" Samsung TV, ceiling fan, and spacious built-in drawers + closet space

Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, 40" flatscreen, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, closet, and ceiling fan

Bedroom #3 - King Bed, Casper memory foam mattress, 40" flatscreen TV, and closet space

Bedroom #4 - Twin bunk beds, desk + chair (used frequently for a zoom, work from home space), Peloton bike, crib, and closet.

Three parking spots included: two in the garage and one parallel to the garage. *The 2nd garage spot is not long enough for a suburban or large SUV but it will fit a sedan or small SUV.

The subdivision, 'Vail Point' is on the Town of Vail bus line with a stop right at the entrance (a 3 min walk from the unit's doorstep). Vail Point also has a Hot Tub in the common area and a full outdoor pool during the summer months.

Beautiful condo in Vail

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal’s condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 7. Beds are really comfortable and all the furniture and finishes are of a high quality. Super clean and well appointed. We hope to return.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect place for our family ski trip. Super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The location was super close to Vail and accessible to 70 to get around. Communication with the host was what really set this apart, since she was warm, super quick to respond to our questions, and treated us like friends. Would love to come back to your space!!

Amazing Vail Stay!!

Crystal's condo truly elevated our vail experience!! Just a few minutes walk down to the free shuttle, we were able to prepare for (and relax after!) our hours on the slopes in luxury. The amazingly outfitted kitchen made cooking easy and the layout gave everyone space to hang out and relax independently! ( the steam shower, bathtub, and in-unit laundry were additional benefits unique to her condo when compared to other ski vacations we've had) We would definitely stay again and are already dreaming of when we can return!

Great Property!

We were in Vail for a family wedding and this townhouse worked out great! The location was awesome, very close to Lionshead and Vail Village. We didn't use the shuttle bus system but there was a stop very close by that seemed to be used often. The house was clean and had great gathering space. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have three bathrooms, too. The kitchen had everything we needed and had a nice big fridge. We had a small hiccup in the beginning and Crystal (the owner) responded right away and it was immediately taken care of. Crystal was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this house for a stay in Vail!

Annual Ski Trip

My friends and I meet up each ski season for our annual trip. This year we decided to spend 4 days in Vail. I was fortunate to find a great condo with room for 8. When we arrived we were amazed that the amenities were even better than the pictures on VRBO. The directions from the host were spot on for entering the condo and other necessities in the condo. The location was very convenient to the mountain and there is a grocery store at the entrance to the condo community. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with a group of 6-8 people. We had an awesome time at Vail and the owner was responsive to any questions we had. 5 star property!

Spring break ski trip

House was very beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The nearest bus stop is close , but comes only once an hour so must time your day and plans accordingly.

Lovely Vail property

The townhouse is superbly decorated and comfortable. Exactly as the pictures show! The owner was very responsible to our questions. The beds and linens are fantastic. This is a gem in a quiet area above Highway 70 but far enough to be ideal and still close to all the action in a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this property.
