Spectacular views of the amazingly beautiful Estero Bay can be enjoyed from every room in the condo. From this vantage point, you’ll see boats and water sports activities passing by throughout the day—truly an enjoyable experience! While sitting on the balcony, you can take in the vivid view of the bay waters hitting the shore and fluffy clouds floating above, almost as if you could reach out and touch them. The resort is frequented by a variety of wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, stingrays, pelicans, pink flamingos, and herons—all visible right from the balcony! Being on the 4th floor, you can relax to the soothing sounds of crashing waves and watch fishing along the shores and at the small beach within the resort. From the moment you check in, you’ll be greeted by the phenomenal view from the balcony!

The condo’s petite kitchen has been updated with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven), cabinets, and a granite countertop. The bathroom vanity has also been updated with entirely new cabinets and a granite countertop. The condo offers sleeping accommodations for four, including a very comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and a hotel-style queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. There are 50" and 55" Smart TVs (DirecTV with many channels), high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, and guest parking. The condo is well-appointed with most everything needed for your stay, including cookware, dishes, linens, a coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, and more. In the ground-floor storage, there is beach equipment, including a cooler, beach chairs, and bodyboard for a fun beach day!

On-site, you will experience a true resort atmosphere, featuring an incredible lagoon-style heated pool and spa with a cascading waterfall, as well as the award-winning restaurant and bar, “Flipper’s On The Bay”—the best on Fort Myers Beach, in our opinion—with spectacular views overlooking the Estero Bay. Other amenities include on-site laundry and gas grills for fun cookouts and more! While there is a small beach at the resort itself, Lover's Key State Park is only a short 15-minute walk across the street, where you can enjoy miles of pristine white-sand beach. The state park offers hiking, bicycling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, picnicking, and tours.

Outside, finding restaurants, shopping, nightlife, fishing trips, golf courses, kayaking, parasailing, and boat/jet ski rentals will be a breeze, as they are all nearby. You can hop on the Island trolley, which stops right by the resort entrance, and it will take you up the 7 miles of Fort Myers Beach, all the way to the popular Times Square! There, you'll discover countless restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and souvenir shops.

- There will be a simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking, which recaps the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.

- Check yourself in using the keypad access code, which will be provided along with a welcome guide 12 days before check-in.

- To help you settle in, basic starter items are provided: paper towels, a trash bag, toilet paper, a bar of soap, dishwasher soap, and detergent.

- The WiFi passcode will be in the welcome guide as well as in the Vrbo guest app.

- Self check-in with keypad; check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Storage for beach equipment (two beach chairs, a stroller, a wheeled cooler, etc.) is located on the ground floor. Codes for the self-access keypad door and to unlock the storage (labeled #402) are also in the welcome guide.

- No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony.

- No excessive noise is allowed (per city ordinance). Please keep loud noise on the balcony to a minimum after 10 PM.

If you’re looking to escape the chaos of spring break at Fort Myers Beach without sacrificing proximity to it — this condo is your answer.My friend and I came with a specific goal: stay on the water, enjoy privacy, and actually rest. We got all of that and more.Norman, the owner, set the tone before we even booked. His quick, genuine responses to every question gave us confidence right away — and the condo absolutely delivered on the promises.The view from the balcony is spectacular. We watched the sunrise every morning, spotted dolphins, counted boats, and listened to birds — all from a large, private balcony that felt like our own little world. So quiet. I slept better than I have in months.Practically speaking, everything was there: fully stocked kitchen, fresh bedding, plenty of towels, easy parking, and a Publix just minutes away. Nothing was missing, nothing felt like an afterthought.The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, and Flippers restaurant next door is an absolute gem — hands down the best food on the water in the area.We left refreshed and ready for full days at Fort Myers Beach. Exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view

This unit has wonderful views, we saw pelicans and a dolphin right from our balcony almost every day. I was worried about the construction going on but it really didn’t interfere with our stay at all . Kitchen is small but was enough for us, we cooked breakfast here most mornings and used the grill a couple times for supper. Could use more drinking glasses and another skillet for cooking. Pool was great and we were there almost every day. I would say the balcony was our favorite part and out of our 10 days here, there was only one day we weren’t out there at least twice. Would stay here again.

The deck is awesome! We stayed for 14 nights and used the deck every morning and evening.. We saw dolphins almost every day and not just once a day. The deck gets morning sunlight and evening shade. The condo complex pool is beautiful and relaxing (it has a hot tub too)! The owners are responsive, things happen no matter where you stay, but the responsiveness is extremely important and in this condo it was great! The best beach is the Lovers keys beach, it does cost $8.00 per visit but we'll worth it. Visiting Sanibel Island is a must do ..I would suggest Ding Darling (with traffic it takes about 50 minutes). Traffic can be busy around Fort Meyers for sure so bring your patience (not bad directly around the condo). You can have up to 4 people in the condo and I would say for a limited amount of time that would work but no longer. It is a small peaceful condo which we appreciated it. We loved it and miss being there.

No beach access! Misleading listing

This condo was clean, the resort was nice, and Flippers restaurant was amazing, however, we chose this property and paid more than other options based on the listing that describes it as “steps to the beach”. As a result of the 2022 Hurricane, there is construction and there is no beach access that is walkable. We were there for just a long weekend and had to spend extra time and money to Uber to another beach. The owners agreed the listing was misleading and that they would change it. They have added a construction update, but they have not changed anything regarding the beach access. Prior to our stay, we found out about the construction by going to the resort website and asked the owners about the balconies and did not get a straight answer. We arrived to plastic wrapped around the balcony. We also did not rent a car because there was info about a trolley that comes to the resort, but it does not. The owners have not responded to our request for a partial refund for our stay due to the misleading information. We appreciate the area is still recovering from the devastating effects of the Hurricane but taking advantage of renters with misleading information is no way to build credibility with your property.

Communication with owners was great! Location is great! My only complaint is that owners request that AC not be turned down below 70 degrees and this unit stays hot if you want to enjoy the view and keep the curtains open. We kept them closed so that we could sleep comfortably at night. Otherwise we had a fantastic vacation in this condo.

First time in the area. We are a small family, Mom, Dad and Teen loved the area. VERY clean, easy check in, very friendly people. The owner was always available, answered right away, very accommodating. The views are beautiful. We loved watching the boats go by while drinking coffee on the balcony. My wife and I spent five nights here and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is very clean and well kept. We spent most of our time on the balcony, watching the boats and dolphins. The petite kitchen is small and lacks counter and cabinet storage space. We used the dining table for storage, which worked for us, but could be a problem for families with kids. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

My daughter and I stayed here for a quiet get away! Perfect location with a amazing beach that goes on for miles with white sandy beach! We were also able to hike and kayak right across the street!! Our view was great.. every morning to sit out on the balcony and relax. We did not have a car.. wish there was a few more options for groceries closer but once we figured out the trolley it was easy to get to! We will absolutely be back to explore more of the area !!

Amazing stay!

This is a wonderful condo overlooking Estero Bay, where we were able to sit on our balcony and see dolphins daily playing in the water below. You can also see the sunrise from the bed each morning. There are lots of unadvertised extras as well. There is a very good set of binoculars in the condo and we were able to see Bald Eagles in the treetops. The kitchen is very well stocked with every pot/pan/utensil we needed. There were a few spices and coffee/filters in the cabinets. The location of this condo was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. We hiked in the State Park next door daily. It is an easy half mile walk from the condo to the kayak rental shop and we had an amazing time kayaking in waters filled with manatees, some of which came right up to our boat. You can also walk to the long, uncrowded clear blue beach at the State Park, where there is a great variety of shells. We also utilized the Fort Myers Beach trolly one night to go up to Times Square—the stop is right by the condo entrance.

Great condo, very comfortable with a great view from lanai. Wake up early for the sunrise. It was absolutely beautiful. So many birds, dolphins and we even saw a few manatees. Perfect Location

Check in process was super easy. My finance and I spent a lot of evenings just chilling on the balcony watching pods of dolphins hunting and playing in the boat wakes. Location is perfect and the trolley to Fort Myers Beach is a short walk away. No need to drive to Fort Myers Beach at all. Would recommend renting to anyone, and hope to return ourselves one day!
