Séjour mitigé, malgré un appartement spacieux et agréable

Notre avis sur l'appartement est mitigé. L'appartement est très bien, spacieux, confortable, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Mais à notre arrivée il était vraiment très sale (cheveux et poussière partout, frigo pas nettoyé, odeur de chien, plans de travail pas nettoyé, une grande partie de la vaisselle sale, etc.), bref pas très agréable quand on vient de faire beaucoup de route ! L'agence immoblière chargée de la gestion du bien nous a renvoyé quelqu'un pour tout nettoyer à nouveau, ce qui ne nous a permis de nous installer que plus de deux heures plus tard ! En outre, la télévison ne fonctionnait pas, nous l'avons signalé à l'agence qui nous a dit que cela n'était pas vraiment son problème puisqu'ils ne faisaient office que de conciergerie. Néanmoins, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs, et nous ont permis d'avoir un câble pour la télévision à la moitié du séjour. Pour terminer, il n'est nulle part mentionné dans l'annonce (sauf erreur de ma part) qu'une double porte vitrée donne sur la terrasse extérieure d'un restaurant (si vous ne fermez pas les rideaux, les clients de l'établissement ont une vue directe sur le salon/salle à manger!). En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour relativement agréable dans cet appartement, mais entâché par les manquements quant à la propreté du bien et au fonctionnement de la télévision (qui aurait dûs être vérifiés avant notre arrivée, par l'agence en charge de la gestion du bien).

Tres bel appartement emplacement ideal meme avec le manque de neige. Telesiege aux pieds des appartements qui vous ameme sur le domaine skiable. Navette gratuite pour le retour ( par manque de neige sinon retour en ski). Superette sympa et abordable, tres pratique.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré. La literie est de qualité. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence avec des commerces, c'est très pratique (épicerie qui fait également dépôt de pain et de viennoiseries, location de matériel de ski). Le télésiège des Glovettes est très facilement accessible à pied. Par contre, en cas de faible enneigement, quand la piste est fermée, le télésiège ne permet pas de revenir en sens inverse, il faut alors prendre la navette entre le bas de Côte 2000 et les Glovettes, ce système de navette fonctionne bien. Le garage spacieux peut servir de casier à skis (accès facile par ascenseur).

Idéal pour unséjour en famille

Joli appartement très fonctionnel et spacieux pour accueillir une famille et des enfants. L'appartement est bien présenté et conforme à l'annonce, il est idéalement placé dans le centre commercial , ce qui est atout supplémentaire pour le ravitaillement et les équipements sportifs, d'autant que les commerçants font des animations au cours de la semaine pour occuper et réunir les vacanciers en fin d'après-midi. de plus à proximité des navettes gratuites nous permettent des déplacements vers les télécabines du "balcon" quand l'enneigement est insuffisant pour profiter du télésiège devant l'appt et aussi vers le village de Villard de Lans. Appartement soigné, confortable, joliment décoré et très bien équipé, nous étions tous très contents de notre choix.
