The complex is an 8 story, 32 unit, low density, mid-rise condominium complex. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The complex is located in a great location, between two large shopping centers that offers numerous grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. The complex offers a large gulf front outdoor pool and beautiful grass courtyard that is perfect for kids.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Great place

Very satisfied with our stay. We're not very tech savvy and the TV and thermostat was wonky. Everything else was great. We loved the area and would like to come back. Hard to get out of that bed in the morning!

Classy Beach abode

Location is amazing, shopping and restaurants all around. Beach view from the balcony, decor is beautiful and relaxing easy with well appointed furniture, beds and bedding!! We ate at Coastal, Doc's, and Moe's BBQ.. all were really good!

Orange Beach for Spring Break with the Family

When I first walked in, I was taken back by the spectacular view of the beach. Everything was very clean, and it was very nicely decorated. There was lots of room for the family, and I appreciated that the dining table was large enough for all of us to eat at. It was also nice that the kitchen utensils were not cheap and everything you need to cook a basic meal was available. The location was amazing, and we loved that we were walking distance from the grocery store and several places to get ice cream. Communication with the property owner was very easy as was the instructions for check in and out. The pool was very well kept too. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times, but I think this was my favorite place to stay. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t stay forever.

4th of July

This property is a fantastic property. The only hiccup I would give this is the balcony furniture. For senior adults it was tough sitting in the high back chairs. It was equipped with 4 high back chairs and two tables. I would recommend at least one low table and two low chairs for comfortability. Otherwise, great location and super nice listing. Thanks goes out to Island Rentals and Crew!

PROS: The location was in good proximity to restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. The unit was clean and as described with a great ocean view. CONS: The beds were not the most comfortable and the tubs and sinks did not drain properly (standing water during shower and sink filled up while brushing teeth).

Perfect Condo

The condo was perfect. Clean and easy to check in. We loved the location. There were some restaurants in walking distance. We were right on the beach and the pool was right below us, but wasn’t noisy at all. I wake up early, so l would go out and walk the beach and watch the sun rise and Starbucks is right across the road so l would stop there on my way back…it was perfect. And Ron Jon surf shop (among other’s but it’s our favorite) was just a short drive. Plenty of stores and restaurants around on one side but on the other side was the beach and ocean 💙 Definitely will be coming back.

Very clean. Nicely equipped. Good location. The problem we had was with the king bed. It had a plastic cover on the mattress with just a very thin sheet on top of it. We kept waking up with our backs wet with sweat before we noticed the plastic. It was VERY uncomfortable. There should at least be a mattress pad over the plastic. Also the washing machine made a very loud noise in spin cycle.

The pictures show the unit as recently updated but we found it needs some updating and worn down. The kitchen has bare minimum accessories which make it frustrating for cooking.Thankfully we had another unit on the property that was better stocked or it would have ruined our trip. The bathrooms we moldy and the over all unit could use some deep cleaning.

Great place!

Great condo! We have used VRBO for 40 years, and this was one of our favorites. We met here to spend a few days with our best friends of over 30 years. The entire condo was beautifully decorated. The den furniture was very comfortable and CLEAN. Bedding was also comfortable, and the kitchen had adequate utilities. The balcony offered a gorgeous view of the beach! The balcony furniture was attractive and comfortable, so that’s where we enjoyed morning coffee and nightly conversations with our dear friends. Condo was completely tiled, which is a plus bc it eliminates the possibility of walking on dirty, worn, or smelly carpet. However…tile grout was in dire need of a deep cleaning. The grout was black/dark throughout condo with the exception of 2-3 ft. from the walls. This condo was exceptionally CLEAN, so seeing the badly neglected tile was surprising. Nonetheless, we would definitely visit this condo again. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Nice unit right on the beach

We loved Breakers 31 overall. The only knocks were minor: the tables on the balcony weren't thoroughly cleaned so I had to clean them myself even after mentioned it to the property manager who said someone would be by to do so. No one ever came by. Overall the condo inside was very clean. My only knocks on it were related to the lighting. The clear bulbs (not frosted or opaque) in the kitchen and dining room lights were a very bright and harsh cool white light. They were so bright in the dining room at night we ended up unscrewing about half of them (which we forgot to screw back, our bad on that). There were two lamps in the living room area. Fortunately the bulbs in those provided a warmer-colored light but one more floor lamp would have been nice. The light under the microwave (over the stove) was out. The view from the balcony was really nice. We did takeout dinners every night and ate out there. Being on the third floor was nice. We could take the two flights of steps right outside our door and avoid the small and slow elevator. It was an easy walk to the beach. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen and are loud so if you plan on washing anything while you're there, do it while you're at the beach. I missed having ceiling fans in the bedrooms but you can always turn the air down to cool things off.
