Kitchen has upgraded SS appliances, large entertaining bar, and new quartz c-tops and fixtures. Wet bar with storage area. Three bedrooms, two full baths, plus a separate den that could be used as 4th bedroom or office. Large master bedroom w/dual sinks and jacuzzi tub. Oversized walk-in closet with built in closet organizer. Master looks out in to atrium with water feature. 3rd bedroom has slider out to backyard seating area with fountain, perfect for reading or meditation. Brushed nickel fixtures throughout, neutral paint, ceiling fans in all rooms, dual pane windows, granite and quartz counters to list a few of the upgrades. Hello! I have resided in Arizona since 1997 and purchased this as my first home in 2003. I am in the real estate industry and have rented many of my clients' homes over the years, including furnished rentals. I love to travel and have added a number of unique touches to the home from my travels, as well as a number of upgrades as you will see.
Why they chose this property
This home is in a great locations, minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, the Scottsdale Greenbelt and both the 101 and 202 freeways for easy access all over the city. Downtown Phoenix is about 20 minutes and the Phoenix airport is about 15. The location cannot be beat!
I have loved living in this home and have added nice features and amenities over the years as you will see in the description. One of the best features of the home is its extremely private lot location without neighbors on 3 sides.
