Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Check out is by 11:00 on your departure date Please make sure all remotes to TV's and electronics are easily accessible for my next guest. When leaving just lock door as usual.

Please discard any perishable food items and If possible please empty all trash and the complex dumpster is across from our parking space.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the outside deck unsupervised.

The complex requires a quiet period between the hours of 10 pm to 10 am.
