The description of this condo does not do it justice: the neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located in the Paradise Valley area; the golf course behind the building has a car path around the back-nine one can walk before the golfers show up; the three to five foot deep pool was perfect for laps; and stores and restaurants are everywhere.The host was easily accessible and ready to help make the stay comfortable. The condo was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed staying.

Everything about this VRBO was great! From the booking to the checking out, the host and everything in between! Location was great, 10 to 20 min from the airport, Sloan ball field, Olde Town Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and so much more! Very clean, comfortable, great pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Highlights: Private balcony with small table and two counter height chairs. Nice view of the pool area. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby. Great AC. Private covered parking spot. Access to the pool/fitness room (did not have time to utilize those unfortunately), Quiet and well maintained complex. The two bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom and plenty of closet space. They are separated by the kitchen and living area. The master has its own door to the balcony. Communication from Rick was great and kept us on track with reminders for check in and check out. He encouraged us to let him know if there was anything we found to be unsatisfactory upon arrival or during our stay.(If Rick is interested we can provide feedback for wear and tear items that were noticeable but are easy fixes.)We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Wonderland stay in a lovely home. This property was exactly as described. Super clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need during your stay. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable furniture and beds. The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby, grocery and drug store less than half a mile away. Rick was a great host. Great communication and easy to reach if you have a question. Would definitely stay here again.
