The first bedroom is located on the same level as the living room, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one of which is very large and features a four-poster bed—as well as a bathroom with a toilet. This villa is located in the village, 100 m from city centre, 800 m from the Hérault River, and 45 km from Montpellier. At the river, you can canoe downstream and enjoy a variety of beaches for swimming. There are also small islands where you can go snorkelling, as well as other small beaches with gentle slopes perfect for children.
