House in the historic center of Pornic

Atypical house for 3 people on the third level of the famous stairs in the historic centre of Pornic. The 40m² furnished tourist accommodation classified 2** spread over two levels has on the upper floor a double bedroom opening onto the staircase, a shower room and independent WC. Then on the ground floor a living area with dining room and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a TV lounge corner with Wi-Fi and convertible sofa. A second independent WC completes the rental.



A terrace area with table, chairs, lounger, parasol and electric barbecue are at your disposal.

To park as close as possible to your accommodation, favour the public car parks known as "blue zone" in Verdun (northern part) or the Station car park (eastern part), with free spaces and free of charge for a maximum duration of 7 days.
