This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 den, Veranda with a spacious master suite featuring a king size bed, 43'' TV, a walk in closet and master bath with large vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, 43 '' TV and a large closet. The second full size bathroom is located next to the second bedroom. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall way for all to access. There is a den with a queen size sofa and desk. The kitchen area features a dinette area perfect for your morning coffee that overlooks the pond and you can even see the golf course. Or if you prefer the outdoors you can enjoy your coffee on the back lanai with an even better view. There is a dining room for more formal entertaining and a large living room to watch your favorite shows on a 58" TV or read your favorite book. Before retiring to bed enjoy a night cap on the front lanai where you can plan for your next day of adventure. There is a one car detached garage as well as additional parking spaces for visitors. The community has 2, world class 36-hole golf courses, a fitness center, full-service spa, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce courts and don’t let me forget the beach entry lagoon pool with causal poolside dining and Tiki bar.

Golf and amenities membership transfer for just $600 for your entire stay, all you pay for is the cart fee. Lakewood National is host to the PGA Korn Ferry Tour's LECOM Suncoast Classic tournament and is so much more than a golfer’s paradise as it truly offers many more amenities to enjoy.

If you need to leave the community then Lakewood Ranch includes over 150 miles of sidewalks and bike trails, parks, lakes and nature preserves with wildlife. Walk down Main Street in the Lakewood Ranch Town Center for shopping, dining, cinema and much more. Healthcare is offered at the state-of-the-art medical center located within Lakewood Ranch. Enjoy a Sunday afternoon picnic while watching your favorite polo players at the Sarasota Polo Club. Also close by is the University Town Center Mall for additional dining, entertainment and night life. And don’t forget about the beaches which are in close proximity: Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Keys as well as Siesta Key beach which is a quick 20 minute drive away!

Beautiful pond view

Wonderful place to stay. We felt at home immediately. We spent a month here and the time flew by. We will miss it and look forward to staying again some day.

Everything We Expected and More

We loved the layout of the condo - esp having front and back lanai! Everything we wanted and needed was available and good condition. The owner responded quickly to any questions, was personable and even checked on us when there was a hurricane warning near us. We liked having the enclosed garage as it gave us a little more storage option for beach and pool chairs, toys, etc. The community is beautiful- the pool, fitness center and spa were great. We are not golfers but the golf course looked beautiful and well maintained. The tiki bar restaurant at the pool was great as well Dekes restaurant and bar. We would definitely stay again and hope to return soon.

Awesome stay at LWN!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the veranda unit. The unit is nicely decorated/appointed and came very well equipped with housewares and supplies, bath and beach towels and comfortable beds. It was our first 3-month rental since retiring and we loved the home away from home feeling with so many nice touches. We enjoyed the quiet location of the unit and southern exposure provided a view of many beautiful sunsets from the back lanai. Our owners always responded super quick to our text messages and went above and beyond booking us tee times for the first week due to unforeseen delay by the admin office in setting up our membership transfer. We look forward to returning in 2023.

This was our first time renting for an extended period of time (3 months). Deb and Don couldn't have made it less stressful on us. They kept in constant communication with us and even did some monthly maintenance around the place. I would rent to them again without hesitation as they took care of our Veranda as if it was their own, thank you again!

Great condo, great owners, wonderful in every way!

The condo was very clean and felt brand new! Linens, pillows, beds were very new and comfortable! Owner went above and beyond in every way. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed as were the bathrooms! We loved sitting on the lanai, looking out over the pond in the evening. It was also nice having the garage to put our car in during storms. Garage had beach supplies and lawn chairs which were very nice to have. I cannot think of anything else that this owner could’ve done to make the condo a more wonderful experience! The pool includes waterfalls and is just beautiful. The grill and bar at the pool area is very nice. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed by staying here.

Great Experience

We were so blessed to have stayed at this unit. They had everything you would need and the it was so well kept and clean. The owner was beyond gracious and always got back to us when we had a question. They made the process easy and pleasant. Extremely impressed with this experience and would recommend renting from Dave & Dina. Great location, beautiful amenities and the people are friendly. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Golfing near the Gulf

This is a very well decorated and stocked veranda on two incredible golf courses. The Lakewood National staff is very professional and has friendly customer service. The heated pool made for excellent lap swimming and the gym worked well for regular exercise. Good access to the Gulf beaches and Sarasota. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

Wonderful time was had by all at the Adult Day Camp! Did not lose any weight but made several new acquaintances and bought a home!
