About this property

Exclusive renovated gite in rural setting with heated pool near Mirepoix

An entirely renovated gite which retains many of the original features from when the building was a farm house. The accommodation, 91.2m2 is made of a large open plan living area with a generous lounge and kitchen separated by colombage. Alongside a well equipped kitchen there is a shaded terrace, summer kitchen in the adjacent barn and garden with a heated swimming pool. A comfortable living room equipped with a smart TV and a wood burning stove. There is also a downstairs toilet with a washing machine.

On the first floor we have two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Pool towels are available.

Wonderful spot, great hosts and a fantastic week

The gite was a really good size with everything we needed and great facilities. The pool was clean, warm and well cared for. Garden and immediate area were lovely and we really enjoyed the Ariege region. Paul and Priscille were fantastic hosts, and really went out of their way to help cater for our son who uses a wheelchair. We loved the place!

Juste exceptionnel. Jamais vu un gite autant équipé, y compris pour le loisir. Flechettes, ping pong ,baby foot petanque. Y compris pour la piscine, avec ballon, filet de voley aquatique, etc...proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement, mais y a de quoi faire une pause. Et des hotes très discrets, et charmants.
